Best chicken casserole ever! Did miss the pudding. They have friendly staff clean environment and the coconut pudding is fantastic. They also have banana and chocolate and strawberry.. different flavor each day. Try to arrive before 1:30 so they don't run out, which they always do. Lunch specials each day of the week. My favorite is Monday for the casserole and potato salad and Wednesday for chicken dressing green beans and cranberry sauce. Tuesday and Friday are also a treat with taco salad on the menu. There’s nothing more depressing than having a meeting with a caterer to plan your sons memorial luncheon. Unless you do that with Trent Slaton of Yum Yum Tree and Catering. His compassionate heart took the preparation and planning totally off of my shoulders. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it! But besides that, the food was superb and the set up and serving and cleanup were perfect. They moved about doing their work without any interference to what we were doing to get the room ready. While spending the day shopping in Albertville with a friend today, we decided to try a place we haven't been to before for lunch. We settled on The Yum Yum Tree. We each ordered burgers. She had the Hawaiian burger and I had one called the paw paw Vinny burger. I was so impressed. They cooked our food to order and brought it to our table piping hot. These burgers were old school hand pattied burgers. They were absolutely delicious! My crinkle cut fries were also cooked to perfection!
