Albion Bobe’s Pizza — Restaurant in Albion

I wouldn’t order from Albion Bobe’s not only was my order late they gave Jalain the order and it was the WRONG ORDER and when I called to let them know I waited first in line for over 20 ‘minutes then called again waited on hold first in line again for over twenty minutes and then got hung up on, then called back a third time for 20 minutes and got hung up on waiting for someone to answer my call to get a refund because this is ridiculous we were supposed to have our delivery at 6:50 pm which makes my order even later now and can’t even eat what they delivered because it’s not what we like or wanted. I’m sure whoever’s order this was they are probably pretty pissed too and there was no receipt with the order so I don’t know if they even put the receipts were on the order or the girl just didn’t care I hope they atleast they answered the other persons call that they messed up on. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE CALL OR GAVE...

Edited review: We ordered wings for a second try and they were great. Our food was delivered 10 minutes earlier than expected, hot and delicious. I appreciate that Bobes commented to make it right, we did not take advantage of that offer but I’m changing my review.

We ordered 3-6 piece wings and half an order of breadsticks. After an hour I got a text that my order would be on its way soon. 23 minutes later I had to call and ask where my order was and I was told it was just going out. I was really hoping I would like this pizza. Spent a lot of money on 3 pizzas, and they all tasted like salt was just poured on it. First time trying. Will not order again. Ordering was easy, friendly staff, and on time with promised time. Edited to add: Bobe's pizza (Cody) reached out to me to make things right, so I have upped the star ranking, they were very concerned and apologized. I may or may not try it again in the future, but the company has taken my complaint to heart. I appreciate that they were willing to discuss the issue...
