Bing Tea — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Tantalizing colorful menu full of flavorful boba tea and mochi waffles. The waffles were out by the time we got there today, but the drinks were fabulous. They taste as good as they look and make us want to come back and bring our friends and family to enjoy them as well.

Most places ask what sugar level or ice level you want. They didn't do that, but it also wasn't necessary since they made them so well, without putting way too much ice in or anything like that.

They have a QR code on the left side of the truck to check out the menu and figure out what you want to order. They are very friendly and helpful and have a good system of giving you a pager after you place your order so you know when your drink is ready to get from the pickup window without having to listen for your name.

When I got my boba tea, I noticed the boba was clear, so I thought it would be dense and unpleasant like others I have had like that, but to my delight it was perfectly chewy...

I used to think I didn’t like boba, but wanted to give this place a try when they came to an event at my job. I now drive 25 minutes to get a drink from this truck EVERY week!! There are tons of flavors to choose from and the customer service is awesome. They are always so friendly, even with lots of people lined up.

As for the drinks, I usually order the mango matcha late with mango popping pearls. Today I tried the Appletini with green apple jelly and it was tart, delicious, and so refreshing! If you’re thinking about giving this place a try, I have no doubt you’ll find...

Bing Tea helps me keep my house clean. Hear me out! I have two teenagers that LOVE Bing Tea (I do too while I'm being honest). Every week they ask to go to the park for Boba, on my dime of course. I always respond with "Is the house clean?". Now that they have been conditioned like Pavlov's dog, it's become our weekend ritual. Clean House = Boba.
