Kona Ice of ABQ — Local services in Albuquerque

My honest advice is to simply don't waste your time here. We were at a family friendly kids school football event and the operator (balding man in his late 40's probably.) At the end of the game (about 10-12am on Sep. 2) I brought my kids and little cousins to grab some cones, the balding man was very rude and disrespectful. I asked a simple question, with a smile, about what the benefit of buying the Kollectable cup vs the King cup. With the attitude of a teenager, he responded with a snide remark shaking his head at the same time telling me that yeah you can use these cups again. Then when I tried to get more he said no because it was unsanitary. This man or company has no idea how to train or hire properly as seen by the strait attitude. If you want horrible customer service and for your kids to see this man be disrespectful to their father. Unbelievable. Would rate a ZERO if I could!!!! If thr company ever sees these, this guys is driving away your business. This is unacceptable at a kids event no less where they work hard on the field and enjoy a nice cold cone at the end as a treat from their father. Worse...

I had the opportunity to reserve Kona Ice of ABQ for an event that I was coordinating in the Albuquerque area, and I would highly recommend them! All communication during the booking stages was quick as they always responded promptly. They followed up leading up to the event to ensure they provided their driver with all information. Kona Ice arrived promptly at our Lew Wallace Elementary School Open House and stayed until all our families were served and on their way home. We requested an earlier arrival to begin serving, only a day before the event, and they made it happen. We love working with Kona Ice because they are always friendly, accommodating and responsible, and families love their selection!
