Chalino's Tacos — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Ecstatic to find this taco truck recently and it is currently our favorite lunch spot. They are in front of Habitat for Humanity near Mor on Menaul west of San Mateo at Quincy everyday except Sunday.

We initially tried all of their meats on tacos and were instantly impressed. They cook their meats thoroughly with multiple layers of texture and flavor on each one. As usual, squeezing the provided fresh lime wedges over the taco meat helps enhance the flavor and moisten the meat before eating it.

We tried the sincronizada, which I had never heard of before, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's like a quesadilla, but with diced grilled ham added. I got the al pastor, but he also offers it with asada. The guacamole on the side is delicious to eat with it as well.

Both the red and the green sauces served on the side are mild and flavorful.

Will be back many more times...

I had a wonderful experience at this taco truck. My husband and I ordered carne asada tacos and a Cubana torta. The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The four medium-sized tacos came with fresh cilantro, onions, and salsa on the side, enhancing the overall taste. The Cubana torta was impressively large, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it, devouring it quickly!

The staff member working during our visit was friendly, polite, and attentive.

Overall, the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the friendly service made for a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this taco truck and look forward...

I am in absolute shock with the quality of my food! Literally speechless... I ordered the Al Pastor torta which comes with pineapple on it! I never knew Al Pastor comes with pineapple until the gentleman that was taking my order made sure I was okay with pineapple to which I asked him to make it how it comes.. I am beyond satisfied with my order.. The meat was flavourful, the bread was perfectly toasted and buttered and the green salsa tastes so so fresh w/ the perfect spice!! Love love love ❤ I will be back and I will be telling all my friends and family about this...
