Do not waste your time with this location. My sister and I went in on a Sunday, July 17, to pick out a sectional and coffee and end tables. Bee was the representative that helped us, and he was not the most friendliest sales rep. When we sat down to complete the sale, his calculations were off by a few cents. I didn't complain because it was only a few cents, so no big deal. However, when he he ran my sister's card, he processed it for $884, instead of the $844 that it should have been. He came back and simply asked for the card. He didn't tell us why he had asked for the card again until after I started to put up a fit. I had already read reviews about this location overcharging customers and then charging them again when they attempt to give a refund. So, please be careful of exactly what they have charged you and if they ask to give you a refund, opt for the cash refund option. Do not let them take your card again! Better yet, simply take cash to this location.

Fast forward to the day of delivery, Tuesday, July 19. I get a call from a rep at their warehouse, named Veronica, and she tells me that they ripped the sectional while trying to put it on a truck, and she can have another delivered on Friday. Well, my sister works twelve hour shifts at pharmacy and I will be out of town after today, so anytime after the day that we agreed on is totally unacceptable. Veronica told me that there was no other option that she could offer and that I was welcomed to call Bee to see what he could come up with. I called Bee and he said, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Really!!?? I want you to get my couch to me on the day that we agreed on. He gave me the option to have the two piece couch and love seat delivered instead of the sectional, and I told him that that was not an option because I wanted the sectional. He told me that he would check with the warehouse and call me back. When he did call me back, he told my sister that he could get her the sectional, but it would not be here until Tuesday of next week. He offered to deliver the two piece in the place of the sectional until the sectional actually arrives. We are both here waiting to see if the two piece and tables will arrive before the promised time of 2:00 today, but with their broken promises and bad service thus far, I will not get my hopes up.

My sister only plans to have this furniture for less than a year, which is why we went with such a cheap company, but if you can help it, chose another company that will appreciate you...

We recently moved and the wife and I got rid of our daughters old broken down bed. We stopped at the Dump at first but we ran up out there with the quickness. Then my wife saw this place called Affordable Furniture so we stopped in. Boy I tell you it was one of the best things we could have done! Ms. Nora is the best, hands down she was very friendly, extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. We initially only wanted the mattress and bed frame but after Ms. Nora explained things to us in detail we ended up getting the entire bed room set for our daughter. We bought the bed mid June and needed it delivered on July 1st. Let me tell you the delivery team Lester and Gerson are the best also. Very professional, polite, and very courteous. They treated my daughter's bedroom set as their own. They were very efficient and left our daughters room very clean (meaning disposing all the boxes). This experience in it's entirely was very pleasant, so pleasant that my mother in-law just moved down from San Antonio and she needs bedroom furniture.... Guess who we are going to see... You guessed it Ms. Nora and her team Lester and Gerson. Thank you Nora so much! If you're in need of any furniture Nora is you person... If you need it delivered and and assembled Lester and Gerson are your men!...

Great customer service and fast delivery; Kanza and the manager/owner(?) were very helpful as my husband and I looked for a bedroom set. They gave us a great deal on our bedroom set and mattresses. They price matched on a dining room table that we'd seen for a lower price at another furniture store. We were thoroughly surprised that they even gave us a set of lamps for the nightstands that we purchased. The furniture was delivered the very next day. Upon assembly, the assemblers drilled the screws too far into the dining room chairs and damaged them. I immediately contacted the sales associate and they promised to correct it.
