I Heart Boba — Restaurant in Aldine

I give 2 stars because they lack good customer service. I used to go here before the pandemic and the drinks and food was great, but 2 days ago my kids wanted some boba smoothies so I called to see if they offered curbside. They said no. I would have accepted a simple sorry we don't but the guy that answered said they were just to busy for curbside and didn't have time for curbside. Ugh during this pandemic I❤BOBA should cater to all customer needs when it comes to pick up, curbside, or sit in. I understand curbside takes a little bit more time but at the end I was trying to give you my business while also trying to stay safe (high risk home). BUT unfortunately for them and fortunately for me I was able to find another boba smoothie place 35 min away with a drive thru. I❤BOBA is 10 min away from me by the way. Wish you would cater to everyone's needs so that ppl like me wouldn't have to drive so farrrrrrrrr for the much loved boba teas...

It was good, just didn't like how they didn't tell me I had to ask for tapioca on every order you make, when I had initially asked if it came with it and she said yes, had to make a line again and it was annoying because it's packed and when I asked for my extra tapioca which I paid for, the girl mistakenly didn't give me the amount and I told the cashier to tell her to make sure she puts extra and the girl making my drink rolled her eyes, that now pissed me off, I paid for my drink nothing extra was free so yes I would say reconsider attitude and face expressions because your not invisible, i can see you! Btw she had long hair in a ponytail and I believe her...

I've been here a bunch of times over the past 5 years. Every time I come the service is great and their drinks are delicious! They offer different types of tapioca to put into their drinks and different types of drink styles, as in smoothie or slushie or regular tea. I've tried about half of their menu on drinks and always replace the sugar with artificial sweetener like stevia. My only gripe is that some of the flavors are artificially sweetened by a flavored syrup and not by using the actual fruit. If you ask them which drinks come with real fruit they will tell you.
