Arby's — Restaurant in Alexander City

Waited 20 minutes on one double roast beef and one order of chicken bacon ranch fries. There was a lady in there waiting for her order when I got there, but noone ahead of me in line. There were a few cars in the drive-thru. A lady who seemed to be some sort of lead kept getting onto the younger employees for not getting the orders done. About 2 minutes into my wait, the girl who took my order brought me a bag with two classic roast beefs in it, saying she had given me two classics instead of a double because they didn't think they would have enough meat and they couldn't slice the meat because they were underage. First of all, I saw the drawer of meat, and there was a ton of it. Secondly, that lead lady was in her 30s or '40s. So, I was lied to about that. I told her it would be the same amount of meat under one bun, and she said oh yeah. And took the things back. When I got my food, there was no bacon on the fries. The boy claimed he had put a little bit of bacon in the bottom, but that's all they had. I told him that I could find no bacon, and even if there was a little bit like he said, it was not what I paid for. Then he went to the back, heated up some bacon which took about 2 minutes, and gave me the order back with bacon on it, saying that now I have what I paid for. My kids claimed that they didn't like Arby's but so we rarely go but I've always enjoyed Arby's. So we decided to stop by this Arby's so that I could show them how good it was. However, we had a long wait to get to order, then in the middle of trying to order for place on hold for over 5 more minutes. Then had to start the order over, but did not complain. We ordered, pulled up, and received our food. However, the curly fries were barely warm. After waiting so long, we didn't have hot fries. I went in and asked if we could have hot fries please? The fries were taken to the shift manager, I assume, and when she asked what was wrong, the young lady told her the fries weren't hot enough. The shift manager then stated how she just dropped them while we were ordering. Then she told the young lady to get me more but added people always want to have something to complain about. I responded that I'm not trying to be a complainer, I just like my fries hot. I didn't wait this long just to not get hot fries. It took so long to order, then I had to deal with attitude. Why? If I could give negative stars I would but it does NOT offer this option. Ordered three sandwiches ,a large crinkle cut fries, a white cheddar Mac n Cheese, a kids two piece chicken strips with curly fries, requested apple juice as the child's drink. Arby's sauce for sandwiches and ranch as child's dipping sauce. I spent over $30. They asked me to pull around. I did. A guy wearing a arby shirt with no name tag brought the kids meal. No juice. I told him the other items I was missing. He comes out with a bag with two sandwiches and fries. I let him know reading straight from my receipt what I was still missing.he returns with the third sandwich still no Mac n cheese. I also asked for ranch and Arby's sauce.i told him I was sorry to have him double check but I have an 18 mile drive home. He goes back in the bag looked the same. I get home 18 miles with no Arby's sauce,no apple juice, then I call to complain the person claiming to be manager did not seem bother by my complaint other than tell me I could come back to get what I did not get.
