Waited 20 minutes on one double roast beef and one order of chicken bacon ranch fries. There was a lady in there waiting for her order when I got there, but noone ahead of me in line. There were a few cars in the drive-thru. A lady who seemed to be some sort of lead kept getting onto the younger employees for not getting the orders done. About 2 minutes into my wait, the girl who took my order brought me a bag with two classic roast beefs in it, saying she had given me two classics instead of a double because they didn't think they would have enough meat and they couldn't slice the meat because they were underage. First of all, I saw the drawer of meat, and there was a ton of it. Secondly, that lead lady was in her 30s or '40s. So, I was lied to about that. I told her it would be the same amount of meat under one bun, and she said oh yeah. And took the things back. When I got my food, there was no bacon on the fries. The boy claimed he had put a little bit of bacon in the bottom, but that's all they had. I told him that I could find no bacon, and even if there was a little bit like he said, it was not what I paid for. Then he went to the back, heated up some bacon which took about 2 minutes, and gave me the order back with bacon on it, saying that now I have what I paid for. However, we had a long wait to get to order, then in the middle of trying to order for place on hold for over 5 more minutes. Then had to start the order over, but did not complain. Ordered three sandwiches ,a large crinkle cut fries, a white cheddar Mac n Cheese, a kids two piece chicken strips with curly fries, requested apple juice as the child's drink. Arby's sauce for sandwiches and ranch as child's dipping sauce. I spent over $30. They asked me to pull around. I did. A guy wearing a arby shirt with no name tag brought the kids meal. No juice. I told him the other items I was missing. He comes out with a bag with two sandwiches and fries. I let him know reading straight from my receipt what I was still missing.he returns with the third sandwich still no Mac n cheese.
