A few things here. Started out very good. The customer service was extremely friendly and welcoming. My wife went in wanting to order chicken tenders. They were out. There are no excuses to be out of chicken. We really were not negatively impacted by that, but...still. We ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Combo. The arrangement on the tray was amazing. It led us to be so excited to get to a table to finally have dinner. We looked it over, removed top portion of the bun. The tomato and lettuce looked as if a garden was grown just outdoors it was so fresh. We were so very impressed. We tried the burger and this is the result: we had to add catchup...there were no condiments on the burger. I would have added mustard, mayonnaise, catchup, and an onion (the burgers had a very little amount of mayonnaise - not enough to taste). The bun was fresh, but cold; it would have completely changed the taste for the better, if the bun was buttered and toasted (with the added ingredients I just mentioned along with a toasted bun - you would have a very competitive burger for the price). To continue, the fries were made from quality potatoes as they were whole, but needed to be more crispy. They have potential, but need work. The type drink machine is amazing as you can mix different flavors of sodas such as coke, vanilla coke, cherry coke, etc. My wife and I absolutely love to be able to do that. However, the machine was out of some of the flavors. That's super unfortunate. Overall, the food was a bit less than average. The lobby was clean at the tables, but the windows were horribly nasty. And, the tv and fireplace were an eyesore since they were just hanging there not being used. To conclude, this location definitely has potential. But, the changes needed come straight from management making sure every customer experience has them wanting to come back. Out of chicken, out of soda flavors, and a filthy lobby (windows) all come from management taking care of business! We walked out of the lobby discussing that we did not anticipate wanting to come back anytime soon. I certainly do hope reviews matter and take them as a way to listen, learn, and grow. Because the business depends on customers being satisfied and wanting to come back for more. On this visit, our first at this location, that did not happen! This is the second Wendy's in a row that have been negative experiences for us. That's not a good thing for this particular franchise! Do better or shut the doors!...
Read moreSo I pull into the drive through, someone mumbles something so low it can't be heard on the speaker. So I shut off my truck and say did somebody say something. I wait for a few seconds and say is there anyone there? After a few seconds a voice comes back loudly and definitively with attitude.... WENDY'S!!!! So I say yes it is . Then the voice says" do you want something " . At this point I'm thinking hell no but I had promised a frosty to my mother, which is sitting beside me patiently. So I ordered 2 frosty ice creams and a burger with extra mustard. Obviously the "boss lady" (yes that's what it says on her belt)was in a bad mood because what I got was a mustard with a touch of burger. And 2 melted chocolate frosties. I thanked them and drove to a parking area only to realize I was not given a spoon for either of the frosty soups I paid for. So I went into the restaurant only to have everyone behind the counter looking at me as if I was the enemy......... post script... at this point I'm glad nobody said anything to me about the spoons because I had been nice to this point but was ready to lower the hammer on them with a " how to " on best ways of customer service. Read moreMy job is literally 6 minutes from here. I dashed to Wendy's waited in line for a good ten minutes. Waiting to order behind another car . We were just waiting.An employee eventually came around in their car to let us know they were closed( Why they didn't hang a sign saying they were closed ) so others like myself wouldnt waste our thirty minute lunch break . On Oct 2,2024 I came once again ( my dumb self) ordered at 10:06 pm and paid for my food was asked to pull up and they would bring it out to me. I said fine., again I only get thirty min lunch. It took six minutes to get here so by 10:18 I'm like where is my food and drink. I got out my car only to realize I couldn't go in the inside as it was locked. There were about four cars now in the drive thru and when I got here it was the car in front of me and myself. So now I'm like, ok it's 10:20 I have ten minutes to get back to work and on the clock or I get a point. I had to leave the food I paid for and my money . Wasted my whole break and gas and didn't even get to eat anything . Yes they were very friendly but Lord my stomach growled all night . That's a 12 hr shift. Will I return ?!?
