We came today Father’s Day with a party of 7. The dining area is quite small for seating large groups. We did patio seating. Lauren our server was very polite in the beginning very attentive. When we received our food we had notified our server and another server named DEANNE that we were waiting on vegetables we order. We notified the staff 3 or 4 times. 25 minutes of waiting for something we ordered to be WITH our dinners we cancelled them with our server Lauren. DEANNE comes out with the vegetables 5 minutes later we said we no longer wanted them DEANNE than said why did you ask me to bring them very rude and snarky. We were also served very cold fries and soups. Our cordon blue pasta which was highly recommended was disgusting and my fiancé did not eat much of it. We then spoke with another server named Julie that took our number for a manager to call us back ha what?!?!? we spent over $100 no compensation was offered not even our drinks taken off for the rude service alone. Deanne sweetheart turn in your apron and find you a job that does not involve customers. The manner in which you address us in front of our children and peers what did that show them? You oaught to be ashamed in how you conducted yourself. It was extremely embarrassing for us. You had a choice in what to say to us. We no longer where interested in the vegetables that took multiple reminders and still forever to come out, that should have been prepared WITH our meals, a simple no problem would have been best suited but YOU DEANNE chose to be rude snarky and question us. We paid our bill because I have worked in this industry for years I wish we didn’t until we spoke with a manager. We live 2 hours away and have to wait to see if the offer anything for a restaurant who knows if we will try again. Read moreMy girlfriend and I just had a terrible experience at Angelina’s. Saturday night they had a prime rib special for $29.99. Not much of a special for a medium sized piece of prime rib, potato, piece of bread and a salad. My girlfriend ordered hers medium rare. Our waitress, Julie, brought out our food and my girlfriend’s prime rib was medium well. She sent it back and was told by the waitress that she would see what she could do. After about five minutes Julie came back with the same piece of meat. She offered to replace with something else. By this time I’m halfway through my meal, we were hungry and had already waited. When the check came Julie charged us full price which would be fine if she would have offered like a free drink or a free dessert for the $29.99 disappointment. When we confronted her on this she said that there was nothing she could do. She said that there was no MOD and that she wasn’t authorized to make the guests experience as good as it could be. She told us to call Monday to speak with a manager to remedy the situation. On the way out we spoke with the manager on the restaurant side and he said that he would have been able to take care of the situation. We felt lied to. Read moreMy family was there Saturday 7/17/21 and the staff was very friendly so that wasn't the issue. The issue started once we started getting our food. I orderd for my 3 younger kids and when we started receiving our food ... my one son never received his food ... we waited a few minutes just in case the waitress was still bring us food.. Then I noticed she was talking to another coworker ..I asked her if our kids spaghetti order was coming...she was like no you recieved all orders. I said no we didn't. So instead of her saying sorry I will get that order in .. she kept saying well I didn't hear you tell me that . Oh it gets worse we never recieved utensils and two of the other orders we not fully right . . We finaly recieved the other order and guess what no utensils again.. Now I was the first one to recieved my food and I left hungry because hard to eat a taco salad with no fork and plus my order wasn't right anyways . She came back once when we were almost done to ask if we wanted refill. Never asked why I wasn't eating my food once and you could see that my food wasn't touched.
