My wife went in to get a prerelease kit and deck box. She waited by the counter while the cashier talked to friends and ignored her. Even after finishing up with them he wouldn’t acknowledge her and walked around her without saying anything. She eventually told him that she needed help and asked to see a certain brand deck box, which he condescendingly corrected her pronunciation on and proceeded to hand her the wrong one. After finding out the prerelease kit was more expensive for “I don’t know” reason she called Sneak Attack in St. Cloud and for the same price of $30 you get the prerelease kit, a set booster and a card of the prize wall. She went there instead and even though they were packed she was instantly greeted and helped. She was in and out in less than 5 minutes while spending 15 in Elemental just trying to get help. She says she’s felt that way every time she’s gone to Elemental, they never want to help. It’s well worth an hour drive to never give them...

I walked in for the first time and the atmosphere was amazing. People were talking Pokemon and people where playing games to! The employee knew exactly what I wanted and knew what things where and how to help.

The price is amazing packs are at such a fair price

The variety was amazing it took me 15 minutes to finish deciding what I wanted and the shelf’s had all the boxes and packs ever known in this world

This store changed my Pokémon life forever because now I have people who care and love things I do

This place is awesome if you guys are card game players definitely check out this game system it is awesome is fantastic it will get you hooked on it right away for me it takes a little bit longer to understand the points and the adding and whatnot cuz my disability but that's okay My boyfriend and his brother is teaching me I'm so hooked on this game I can't wait to go back here to pick up another box of cards I'm so happy...
