Few things the kiosk is not accurate when it comes to the chicken bacon ranch sub, 1st-they do have the rotisserie chicken bacon yes, here is the kicker, #2 they have the normal chicken bacon ranch and u click on it it says new chicken bacon ranch which in hindsight is still the rotisserie chicken bacon so false advertising, another thing drive thru is a decent wait time so and a few times my order has been lost once they did catch it, another after waiting for what seemed like 10-15 min I had to go into the store after I had already paid and said where are my sandwiches and guy said oh it must of got lost, like really come on thats a lie or something I think they need to get better and today i ordered a black forest ham sub come to find out it was a turkey breast like, come on either u need to fix ur kiosk or workers need to get there heads out of the dirt and learn how to make a darn sandwich cuz that's pathetic and if it keeps happening where something don't come out right I will NOT be going there period do your JOB.

Read moreThe person who started my sandwich was some punk kid trying to think he was funny. He couldn’t even tell me what the wraps were. There is one that I really like. But it wasn’t on the menu. So HE decides to make me the one HE thought was right. He dropped the little hot pad on the floor, the proceeded to touch food without changing gloves. He flung my bread down the line almost knocking that on the floor. I asked for a few more black olives and he literally threw them on my sandwich. I got home and he couldn’t even cut my sandwich in half. I had to do it. Usually the wraps and the footings are cut in half. Not with him it wasn’t. Read moreI ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken and should’ve been charged $6.79. Instead I was charged $10.50. I asked to have cucumber and they gave me two slices. I asked for black olives and they gave me five. when I realize they overcharged me, I went up and spoke with them. The kid behind the counter shrugged and said I don’t know what prices are you can talk to someone else. The people in the back that were working or too busy standing around talking about their friends because I could hear them, but they wouldn’t come out. I am so disgusted and disappointed. I find it hard to except the fact that many young people today have no concept of being in a service industry or working with a customer or the equipment, and the tools and the knowledge to do a job with integrity.
