This place for the past few months when it opened was great. The food, coffee, and latte are great. However, today I went there at 830pm and they stopped making hazelnut coffee at 6pm. I never had an issue with this place in ordering coffee at this time in the past. So I ordered a latte with hazelnut and they charged me for the syrup. I said so you don't have my coffee but still charge me for the syrup for a latte? He said yes. I said that is bad customer service you can at least not charge me for the syrup because I am already paying extra for a latte since you don't have coffee. There needs to be better customer service here and caring about what customer's say. You do want them coming back. Also, what is issue with both bathrooms being down?
Updated on 4/19 Just as I thought it has been several days and did not hear nothing back from you. Bad service. Next time you run out of hazelnut coffee and someone orders a latte with hazelnut don't charge the person for the shot of syrup. If they are already paying more for a latte since you are out of hazelnut coffee you could at least gave the customer something since they are all ready paying more for a latte.

first and last visit to any of your locations. Yall are brand new to my neighborhood i live half mile from this location I resided here for well over 40 years. My cousin and I stopped amazed at all the treats looking tasty we both dowloaded the app looking forward to a free treat WE WERE VERY DISMAYED THAT YOU HAD TO PURCHASE IN ORDER TO RECIEVE A FREE TREAT PASTRY ... at which point I asked for the manager. The ypung lady apologized for the confusion and said to get my free pastry as my cousin and I stood at the far end of the parking lot enjoying the crusant donut the store owner Whom I thought was approcaching to also apologize wanted us to pay for the dounut and further proceeded to ban us from the store saying THIS IS MY STORE NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU! This is atrocious behavior especally to come out to the paking lot *we were parked 8 to 10 spaces from the front door. He didnt even ask how the food was. I expect this to be corrected immatedly without fail I lived here for 40years yall are just moving in and opening.
