Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Alexandria

We went to eat there in January, we were the first people in there, placed our order for our pizza,, after about 45 minutes we had notice everyone around us was getting there pizzas, and we were still waiting for ours, so called a worker over and asked about our food, she said she would check on it, and then came back and said they forgot to put our order in, we we not to happy about but said we would wait another 20 minutes to get our food, Then we went back there on Feb 10, had our 2 yr old twin grandkids with us, we were the second group of people there, ordered our pizza, same thing happened people that came in 30 minutes after us were getting there food and we still had not gotten ours, asked the server, she said she would check, and she never came back, so about 10 minutes later we asked another girl, so she said she would go check, and came back and said they forgot to put our order in again, and would be another 20 minutes or so, so we asked to talk to a manager, and she said she would send one over, no one ever came to talk to us. I think they treat there customers badly. We will not be going back there for along time, and will be letting all the people we know about there bad...

We went there on a Saturday and they were packed, there was no place to sit. When a spot did become available we waited and no one came to clean the table so I went to the register and told them that there was not a clean table. The staff ignored me and continued to check in at least 20 more people! I watched as those people wandered around and waited for a table to become available and since no one was cleaning tables we all had to sit at dirty tables. This is not acceptable with Covid to have to sit at dirty tables. I don't understand how the staff can stand there and continue to check in more people when there are not even tables available. They should have either turned people away or told them to wait to be seated and when a table comes available and is clean then they will be seated. I was just floored over this, I have never seen anything like it. I will never go back there again! Poor Management! The county inspector would have...

The pizza was decent, as usual. The server was actually annoying, & they pulled the food at 8 when they close at 9. We were not done eating but felt obligated to leave because they came by and asked us if we still wanted the buffet up three times. All 3 times within a half an hour! RUDE. We got there at 7 & intended to stay & casually eat or visit with family we haven't seen in a while. This oddity really threw off the previously pleasant vibes of the night.. I've been to several Pizza Ranch locations in my life and never have I experienced this. Usually the buffet is there until probably 8:45 at most locations I've been to later in the evening. When we asked if they were closing at 8 the guy said no, they are open until 9. Then, stood there for 3 minutes talking to us about how they all want to go home and have families to get to &, 'nobody's in here.' Like we & the other 5 tables still actively eating are nobody??
