I decided to order online because I had, what I believed to be, a large order (5 subs plus a pizza) my first time ordering online and I didnt want to hold the line up in the store. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:40. I'm currently sitting in the store still waiting for my order. At the moment its 6:55. They said they couldnt get to my order because they're busy. Dont get me wrong, they are.. there have been 8 customers that have entered after me and are being served before my order is even started. OP theres customers 9 and 10. I guess the moral of the story is I should just have stood in line and placed my order and made all of these folks wait. They have not acknowledged me or even acted like they had any interest in starting my $40 order. Cool. PSA, I already prepaid for my order online.
Update: it's now 7:05. I'm still waiting but I can see they've finally started the order while customers are waiting and now here I sit, feeling guilty like I did something wrong. Maybe this location just needs...
Read moreWhen I walked in kindly asking the sub of the day and the guy behind the counter rolls Jo's eyes and says I don't know started my visit off on the wrong foot. He continued with my order with a very obvious " don't want to be here attitude" through my entire order. My uncle who also had the same employee service him had major issues. He requested only the chicken be warmed up, the worker showed his attitude towards the request by pushing the sandwich tray out of the way. He also toasted the bread and chicken instead of just the chicken. Once the order was completed, he didn't thank us or say have a great night. Just a simply you're all set. We left your location feeling like our present was extremely unwanted. Hopefully this employee can be spoken to about how his attitude and actions at the workplace affect...
Read moreThe last time I went in to this Subway I was highly satisfied with my visit. First of all, there was a line to the door and only two people working. Despite that fact, the two employees handled things very well. They were fast and didn't let themselves get flustered with how busy it was. They remained calm and took care of each customer with a smile on their face. When it came time for me to order I wasn't quite ready, but instead of the employee becoming impatient, he happily helped me decide on what I wanted to get. I sat down to eat and I couldn't help but notice how enjoyable the atmosphere of the store was. On top of that, that was probably the best sub I have ever had!
