Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Algonquin

I have a family of eight and we love eating at domino's occasionally. However this one particular night at nine p m.. I ordered three large pizzas and lava cake. When the pizzas arrived, they didn't have much cheese on it.They didn't have much sausage on it. And the pizzas look like they've been sitting out under the light for a long time. I called very calmly as always, Bringing up the fact of how my products looked. The person on the phone did not show any type of customer service and they said "well that's funny because I made the pizzas". I don't know if he was trying to argue or express the fact that he's a very good cook but that Wasn't the time to do all that. I just wanted to see if I could get a new order. I didn't even want him to go through the hassle of being refunded As that would make him and the store look bad. So I just asked for the orders to be made over. I told him I would have the pizzas at the door for him.So we can trade it off. We took pictures and sent them to the store and to door dash to show The pizzas Hadnt been touched because

He began to say i'm not making them over,. I asked if I could speak to the manager and he said I am the manager. So I knew then that I was not going to get anything out of the 100 plusdollars I paid. I was willing to meet a common ground with the manager and not make the store look bad but he got upset and hung up.

So I tried to order pizza 3/14/24 And when I got ready to check out it says we apologize but you are not allowed to get service delivered at this address.

I am soo upset y this as I was trying to help him out and be polite but he took it all personal so now we have to eat at other pizza places because of his ego. I wasn't saying he was a bad cook. As a person with a food handlers and CFPM, I know how food should look and the temperature it should be kept at. Ii was a regular spending at least $100 plus per call. And we...

WORST DOMINO'S I HAVE EVER SEEN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered online: 2 medium pizzas, cheese bread, brownies. Computer said it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I left to pick up 30 minutes after ordering, which is 5 minutes from the restaurant. They have a drive up window, which i used. Waited several minutes until a young man came to the window. He checked and said my order "was not quite ready" but I could wait right there. Five minutes pass. Another young man came and asked if I had been helped. I explained that I had but I think he forgot about me. He checked and said my order "was still in the oven" and asked me to pull forward and they will bring out my order as soon as it was ready. Mind you, it was already 15 minutes after the time promised. I knew I better, but complied. I WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES, then went inside. "Hi!," said window answerer #2 in a fake friendly tone. Another young man asked if he could help me and i described the story above. Someone went to the rack and, you guessed it, MY ORDER WAS SITTING THERE! I was offered a worthless apology for the delay and little else.

I will never return here and will encourage everyone i know to do the same!

FOLLOW UP: I originally posted this review in about 2019. Management responded to it with an apology in July 2022-- THREE YEARS LATER!!!

I have to admit that I now go to this Domino's regularly and have never had that bad experience again. In fact, service has been quite good! Perhaps there is new management. Perhaps they have hired adequate staff. Regardless, I would rate this pizza place much...

We always order a medium $8.99 pizza that comes out to $13.18 with delivery.. they don’t have that coupon anymore so we went with the $9.99 medium three topping deal. The app said it was not meeting the delivery requirement. I called the store and was on the phone with a gal/ manager that said she would not honor my online coupon because I don’t have a code for it and was insisting the coupon wasn’t redeemable. I explained to her how the app works and that there is no code it is on the app list of coupons. She had me on the phone for 8 minutes telling me there was no other options except for me to pick up my pizza. I don’t mind the 3.99 delivery charge I hustled wanted a pizza for $14.25 out the door with delivery. I don’t understand why she couldn’t honor the coupon.
