Dunkin' — Restaurant in Algonquin

I came to this location to buy coffee and donuts for our football team. While ordering the girl taking my order through the drive through was being rude. So much so that I had to ask if there was an issue, which she replied that there was no issue (but again she had a terrible attitude). I tried ordering donuts and was interrupted again and was told regular donuts were not in stock. After every drink order I was asked “is that it?”. At that point we felt uncomfortable continuing with our drink order due to the attitude and was worried our drinks would be tampered with. As we began driving away, the girl (blonde hair) was flipping me off with both hands out the window. I flipped her off in response.

In response to how I was treated, I decided to stop my car and go inside. The girl that was being rude was nowhere to be found to have a conversation. I wanted to understand why I deserved to be treated the way I was being treated as I was there to simply buy coffee and donuts for a football team. There were two other women there that were being very aggressive as well. They insinuated that I was trying to fight a child which I was not at all attempting to do. I was being treated poorly for no valid reason and wanted to understand. My brother came inside to make sure I was safe because I was inside for several minutes and the two women called him the n-word and told him to get out of their store.

The owner of this location should be made aware of their actions and I’m writing this to ensure he/she knows how staff is treating their customers. We were at the location on September 24th at about 12:30pm. The manager is welcome to response and contact directly...

I wish I didn't have to give a star at all. This review is not intended for ANY of the hardworking staff members but for the new and not so improved MANAGER, PURAL. I have been going to this Dunkin since it opened and never had a problem. The younger staff members were always very nice and accommodating. Now there is a new manager and half of the staff is gone. Apparently her name is PURAL and she is arrogant, money hungry and straight up RUDE! She argues with the customer and has a comment for everything The coffee is watered down and bitter since she started and she loves to upcharge "regulars" like crazy. Also, the wait times since she has started are insane! At 2:45 i shouldnt have to wait 15 min for 1 drink- unacceptable. She has a horrible attitude,horrible demeanor, horrible tone and is making this Dunkin a nasty environment. She treats her employees horribly and is disrespectful to them even infront of customers. Just a word of advice, happy employees, happy customers, happy business... you make people want to drive the extra 2 miles to avoid this place. Please take your business down the road guys- the place is DIRTY and she is serving old and watered down coffee to "look good" for corporate! I also filed a grevience on her as she threatened me. Her husband works at the Lake in the Hilld Dunkin, his name is Minu- if she doesnt like you, she will tell him your car and ahow him pics of you on camera and he too will refuse to serve you. Racist people! Please make some change asap you are...

I wish I could give a 0 star this is my first and last time coming to this location!! I ordered a small frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream she asked me in the intercom three times and I repeated the same order three times the same drink I wanted I get to the window and the lady at the window hands me a frozen coffee I told her nicely that was not the drink I ordered and she began to argue with me saying it was I asked for her to make the drink I ordered and she said no as I had already paid for it I asked for a manager and she yells through the window that she was the manager I requested a refund and returned the drink as I was not going to drink it and she refused until I stayed in the line she finally took my card and refunded me the drink as she was processing the refund she still argued about the drink and I told her I was not going to argue about it and just refund and stop making comments she did not provide a receipt or her name when I asked for it.

I called the dunkin later to get her name and I asked for her store managers name and number and she refused as she claimed she was all the above I called corporate as her behavior was completely horrible!

Super unprofessional and rude as a manager it should have not been a back and forth argument and should have remade the drink or had no problem refunding the transaction with zero hesitation and...
