Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alhambra

We ordered a pizza and it arrived with a slice missing. We called the store to ask what happened and express how weird and gross it was that someone clearly took a slice out from our box before it arrived to us, and the manager was defensive and claimed it couldn't have been anyone at his store who did it. Unless the delivery driver paid a toll to some pizza bandits on the way to our house, I'm sorry, but it's definitely one of your employees dude. He was unhelpful and punted us to the next day's manager to obtain a refund. He didn't offer anything else to make up for this, not even a real apology. It's vaguely embarrassing to have my name google-able on a negative Pizza Hut review, but this is important for other pizza fans to know -- don't order from this location, they cannot be trusted. Totally gross.

Staff is incompetent. Ordered a pizza on the app. Delivery guy calls me and instead on “north” they go to the “south” address. Delivery guys says he will call his manger then call me back. He doesn’t. I call myself and explain. They give me another quote of an extra 20 min. I wait. Then get another call from a delivery driver saying he’s outside. He went to the wrong address for a SECOND time even though I called and made the correction. They say they don’t deliver to my address because its out of their zone. I’m literally less than two miles away. It’s not that hard. Instead of “south,” head to the same address but “north.” I’m super angry because I waited for such a long time, was told they were making the correction but they were still coming, and they mess up AGAIN, and I never got my pizza because I gave up and told them to forget it....

Wow, if you wanna visit the store with unfriendly staff in LA, this is the place to go.

I said, I'll be waiting outside for the pizza to finish. When after 15 minutes, I still hadn't been called in, I got in the store and asked. - It had been ready for 10 minutes. She was just to lazy to go outside and tell me.

When I wanted to give back the empty box after finishing, I was told to go around the building to backyard where the dumpster are.

Restroom? "No, but you can go to Starbucks, just 5 minutes from here."
