Went there to get dinner today was just an off day for our house. They were out of boxes but we didnt mind because having the boxes were added inconvenience when we have them. As soon as we sit down to eat we noticed that we were missing something from our order. which happens, not the biggest issue in the world however, when I called I was greeted by a wonderful woman who was more than happy to get our missing items to us. Unfortunately, one of her disgusting co workers made a comment saying "i put it in the bag" which did make me upset because why the hell would I call for one item missing. Not sure if its a common occurrence but the distasteful comment made, caused continued issues. The lady who took the phone call originally advised me to ignore her self centered ignorant co workers (my words not hers) and to pull up to the taco bell to receive the missing item. When we got to the window, we gave them our order name per instructions from the phone call, and then we were greeted with " do you have a receipt?" which was a silly question because we were never given a receipt due to the order being online. Clearly the only functional person working at that establishment did try to make amends and gave us some coupons for our next visit. Overall, I want to thank the girl with the cool hat for treating us with human decency. And to the people who prepped food tonight, hopefully you can pay attention to detail and not underlyingly imply the...
Read moreStopped here after picking up some family members from the airport after they had a long flight and were hungry. Haven't ever stopped in this town, but the door was open so we went inside to order. The hours on the door said they were open, and there was no distinction between lobby and drive-thru hours. We were first met with an employee that said that said that even though there's no signage indicating that the dining room is closed, it is. But she'd "let it slide this time", as if we were somehow supposed to know that. As we were ordering on the kiosk, a more aggressive young "manager" came over and said the dining room is closed and that we need to leave immediately and go to the drive-thru. We're standing right there and trying to order, but nope, the 4 of us were expected to get back in our car and go to the empty drive-thru and talk to the very same employees. Instead, we went to Arby's across the street and had a much better experience, and were on our way within minutes.
1 If your dining room has different hours, post them. Don't pretend like customers are doing something wrong.
2 Be a lot more accommodating to customers. I get that you're working in a Taco Bell at 10:30pm, making little more than minimum wage. But you took the job and that's your problem, not...
Read moreAliquippa Taco Bell isn't going to last very long. Just walked home with my order to find out they didn't do it correctly. And I'm not walking with my son in the heat to have them correct something they should've gotten right the first time🤦 I very clearly stated I wanted the steak street cheesy chalupa box and they got everything else in the box steak except for my street chalupas were their nasty a** chicken 🤢 won't even feed that to my dog that's how bad the chicken is and why I would never ever order chicken anything from them... 🙃 Love paying steak prices to get something I would never order!!!🙃 I was so happy to get a taco bell near us instead of having to travel to Monaca but welp back to going to Monaca Taco Bell at least they get my orders right! 🤷🤦 What a waste of time and money just to come home to disappointment. Glad they still got paid for the day tho. Guess it doesn't matter if they do their jobs right as long as they show...
