I was so excited to hear another one of these was opening, especially one not infested with roaches (hopefully!) However, I decided to go in tonight and it was packed, and the drive through had made as much of a circle around the building as they could. I probably arrived around 8:45 pm and waited in line for quite some time and did not get my blizzards and leave until almost 9:30 pm. Who I believe to be the manager had locked the doors with us inside because apparently they close at 9 pm ON A SATURDAY DURING SUMMER, I mean that just baffled me. And they still had people trying to come in and use the drive though as well, it would help if they even had their hours listed on-line. I ordered two small blizzards to-go and the manager(?) began making some of the orders to get us out of there because the staff worked at a snail's pace, he handed me two almost melted blizzards that where spilling everywhere, and it was not just me that saw this as the people behind me even mentioned the horrible melted state of these FRESH blizzards. I asked for lids and he went and grabbed two soda lids and gently placed one on top and became frustrated, it wouldn't close over my overflowing blizzard so he said to me "Do you want me to scrape all the top off?" I was speechless. If I paid for the normal blizzard amount who in their right mind wants you to REMOVE SOME OF IT?? Over all I may give them one more chance down the line but I hope the experience is nothing...

This is at least the 5th time this location has made my order incorrectly. I always order a Blizzard. The flavor depends on what they have at the time. Right now they have the mixing bowl mashup blizzard. All I wanted was a large one of those and asked to add peanut butter sauce. Once I get home, I go to eat it and it isn’t even close to what was ordered. First of all there should be fudge mixed into it, and there wasn’t. Secondly, they put Reese’s cups instead of sauce. This is the most common mistake that they make every time they mess up the order.
I called the store to tell them of their mistake and the “shift supervisor” offered to write my name down to get a free one at a later time. I told her this wasn’t necessary and I’d rather her take down my name and number and have the store manager or owner call me back. She then hung up on me. Such a shame to lose returning customers due to shear incompetence. Maybe you should have someone older than 16 at the store at all times to oversee...

Referring customers back to store management isn’t taking care of the problem as management is the problem!! This site needs to be throughly investigated with how things are being operated, why isn’t management on site? Why are these kids left to fend for themselves and work late night without management when there is a bar located right outside of this establishment? These are questions that need to be answered Immediately. Management at this location is no help. I’ve heard numerous reports of one of the managers name Carol being racist why isn’t this being looked into? These are alarming concerns that seem to keep going unaddressed. How many complaints and reviews do you guys need before the news...
