To the bartender, Lexi:
You may want to reconsider your career in hospitality. The fact that you lost control of your emotions, raised your voice, and cursed at paying customers, heck even telling us to "try me" is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. All we did was point out that you served the wrong drink and asked for the correct one.
You claimed you were “too busy,” yet we observed you spending much of your time laughing and chatting with other staff instead of focusing on guests. From the moment we arrived, we experienced poor service — starting with having to wait for “clean glasses” before receiving our drinks which was about a 15 minute wait. Despite being polite and patient throughout the evening, we were met with rudeness and hostility when she slammed down our tab onto the bar requesting us to close out because of her mistake.
Lexi, professionalism requires composure and respect. If you cannot control your temper or treat customers with basic courtesy, then perhaps this industry is not suited for you. Fun fact, this was only the second time we've ever wondered into this establishment. I doubt we...
