I've been going to this pharmacy for all my life but the past 4 times that i've called for a refill on my prescription the person answering the phone has said it would be ready by EOD. I either show up later that day or next day to confused faces telling me theres nothing there. This past instance, the same thing happened only for the pharmacist to tell me that I was "transfered out" of the pharmacy since I was told the previous visit that my medicine was on "back order". I said no, I had to pick it up somewhere else since you were out I never left". The proceed to say "Oh well it's still on backorder so you're going to have to go back there." I will not...

Called ahead to refill Rx. Out of refills. They said they'll call Doc to get new prescription. I said ok thanks. I asked if they could call me when it's ready because Im not feeling well. They said sure no problem. When I finally walk in to pickup they dismissed me when I asked what happened to someone calling me. Plus... Rude nasty old woman at the counter! Short gray hair. Let’s just call her Karen! Should not be in customer service. She was not only dismissive and rude to me.. she snapped at customer on phone.
