The Market at Panther Valley — Local services in Allamuchy Township

I am glad we found the Market, now every time I am in the area I get the prime rib sandwich, it is amazing! My wife vacillates between the Eggplant and the Cuban, she like them both. I also really like the pork chops, they are so thick and juicy. I love the scallops, with a quick pan sear and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

We have used the Market at PV twice now for catering. Once for Christmas for 35-40 people and most recently for my fathers memorial service for 80. The food is amazing! We had chicken marsala, grilled beef tenderloin, eggplant parm, garden salads, rolls, chicken wings, baked ziti, mac and cheese and chicken fingers for the kids. It was all so good, all the family raved about the food. The delivery was right on time, including the chafing dishes. My wife always orders more than we need, and I was glad to have the leftovers! The folks at the Market took a difficult time in our lives and made it worry free. Thanks guys! I highly recommend them...

We decided to try The Market today for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The Prime Rib sandwich was really good. At first the bread threw us off because it wasn't that good crusty chewy ciabatta you'd normally want but the sandwich is so juicy and cheesy I think it needed the softer roll to soak up some of the juices and not have everything come squishing out. The sauteed onions and peppers were on point. The Italian was packed with meats (including capicola!) and sharp provolone, which really makes the sandwich, and it is HUGE. I visited the store recently and ordered sandwiches and coffee. The food itself was good, but unfortunately the service at the register left a very negative impression. The young girl working the counter was unfriendly and seemed careless, almost as if she was doing me a favor by taking my order. There was no greeting when I walked up, no “thank you” after I paid, and not even a “goodbye” when I left. Simple courtesies make such a difference in customer service, and without them, I left feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer.
