Ordered stuffed pretzel crust Got a pizza with white crust without the baking soda wash. Called in and informed the store. They claimed they used pretzel crust. I said the crust is white. Pretzel crust is dark brown and youre supposed to put the baking soda wash. I told them I'll bring the pizza back to show them. They said they'll remake it. I drove to the store and waited for customers to pickup and place orders. When they had cleared, I told them I had called and requested it to be remade, that they didnt apply the baking soda wash. They looked at me like I was crazy. They said that's pretzel crust. I said, what pretzel have you eaten that is white? The pictures on your own website use a brown pretzel crust. You didnt apply the baking soda wash. They said theyd remake the pizza. So despite saying over the phone that it would be remade, 20 minutes after that phone call, it had still not been remade. After about 5 minutes I realized no one was going to assist me and I began to leave. The manager was on his way back in from his smoke break out front and caught me on my way out. He offered to help me but was very rude about it. I asked for the 6.49$ hot and ready and mistakenly didnât look at the price when he rang me up. He charged me 9$ and when I got the receipt I told him that the large pepperoni is only supposed to be 6.49$. He told me I didnât get the normal pepperoni, he gave me some other specialty pizza. I told him thatâs not what I asked for and he picked up the phone, which wasnât ringing and held his finger up to me and walked away.    Read moreHEALTH SAFETY ISSUE I ordered Deep! Deep! Dish Sausage tonight and the dough was RAW. I posted a picture. The fork is pulling raw dough from under the cheese. I tried to call them immediately to let them know about it bc of the health concern, but it kept going to a recording with no vml. I'll be contacting the health department to let them know, since I haven't been able notify the restaurant.
**Update: Notified the health dept and they are going to do an inspection of the oven's temperatures.
*2nd Update: health department found their oven temperature was fine and to code but found that the staff likely hadn't cooked the pizza per procedure (they only ran the deep dish pizza through the oven once, rather than twice as is required to cook the deep dish crust).
