We live in Plano. Pretty close to this establishment. We have been here before and the Pho was really good. My wife is Vietnamese and she knows what is good in regards to cuisine from her homeland. Now, this review reflects our latest visit, today, February 20th, 2023. I am giving two stars since the food was good last time we came. Today, I took my wife here because she wanted to have Vietnamese coffee. Vietnamese coffee on ice is strong, delicious coffee, served with sweet condensed milk. It's well-known in the coffee community and tastes very good. Since I'm married to a Vietnamese, I know and appreciate Vietnamese coffee as well. The iced coffee we received today was undrinkable! It was absolutely horrible and tasted old! There was certainly a "funky" taste to it and both of our coffees tasted very "off". Spoiled milk? Old coffee that had been sitting in the fridge for a while? We don't know but you cannot serve this to your customers! It's actually a health hazard and you can get a bad stomach from serving something so off. Now, there's nothing wrong with the interior of the establishment. It looks clean. However, there was definitely something very wrong with the Vietnamese coffee you served today. We couldn't drink it. It was absolutely undrinkable and I'm not exaggerating. Was the coffee sitting too long and it burned? We wasted 2 x $4.25! Normally, I would say something, come back, demand a refund, but, I have a day off today and didn't want to stir up any stress. Again, you cannot serve this to people. It tasted spoiled, gross, and had a strange, bitter after taste in our mouths. My wife being Vietnamese, we have had MANY Vietnamese coffees. As an owner, I could not serve this to any of my customers. I would feel ashamed and you always want to put your best foot forward as a business owner. If we would have finished the coffees, I wouldn't have been surprised if we had...

This is our first time visiting this restaurant. We didn't know that this building, which looks like a gas station from the outside, turned out to be a Vietnamese restaurant. If we hadn't read someone's recommendation on Facebook, we might never have known about this wonderful place.

My husband and I love authentic Pho with traditional rich flavorful beef broth. So we came here and ordered two bowls of Texan Pho to try. To be honest, when our pho was served, I was a little disappointed after taking a sip of the soup. Although the soup was delicious, it didn’t seem like the traditional beef pho soup I was familiar with. But I must say that, other than being a bit too sweet and not having a strong beef flavor, it is still delicious. It is worth recommending that it has a lot of meat slices and a large amount of noodles. A bowl will definitely make you full until tomorrow!

We also ordered Vietnamese iced coffee, summer roll, and Pork Banh Mi sandwich. The Vietnamese iced coffee is very authentic and tastes impeccable. Summer roll and Bahn mi tend to be fusion's flavors, especially Banh mi, which does not use traditional baguette. They are still delicious and the portion size was ample!

Their service is excellent! Price is fair. Nice and clean fusion-looking dinning environment make us want to come visit again.

If you like trendy Vietnamese food, this should be the restaurant for you. But if you like authentic Vietnamese taste, maybe this place is good enough for you to enjoy some good food with worries free.

We would still highly recommend this place...

So disappointed I had to leave a review. With so many pho options, go somewhere else. I tried this place based on their rating and I liked the concept of a drive thru. I ordered a chicken pho. They have the option of medium or large, I asked if I ordered a large can they make it half chicken and half tofu. They said no (I’ve never had a problem customizing my pho any where else, but here’s my first). I was asked if I wanted utensils and sauces, (most places just automatically give it to you assuming you’re civilized and will not scarf it down like a dog- and what is pho without hoisin and sriracha?). Maybe they’re minimizing expenses but if you pay $15 for a meal…. Seems like it should be automatic. They ring me up and ask me to park in front and they will bring out my order. The parking lot wasn’t full and only two more cars arrived after me and left with their food. I didn’t know why my simple order was taking so long. They brought me my food without a thank you or smile so I decided not to give them a cash tip. If their food was decent, I would not be leaving a complaint. However, I came home and my food was cold. A brown broth was served with my chicken pho but tasted terrible and bland. My fault for not asking for chicken broth for chicken pho. The portion is about the size of a cup of instant ramen. A cup of ramen tastes better than their pho. If you like Thai basil for your pho, forget it. What you see in my photo is all the greens you’ll get and 5 small slices of chicken. This place lacked taste, quality, customer service and...

Gas station to restaurant. Cool spot. Hot teas and cold drinks. Tried a few banh mi and the tacos. Will go back for the pho.
