Furniture is great but employees were something else. Went in May 2nd to purchase a bed when it came to paying were told since we were taking the bed that same day we had to pay cash. SKETCHY! When they have a sign clearly stating the type of cards that are accepted. We continued on with the payment in cash pulled around the back got the bed loaded and left. Went in August 2nd to look for nightstand and TV stand. Were helped by a different employee that day and when it came to checking on her computer if items were in stock happily took our card. After purchase she said we would have to wait a couple of hours so someone could help her get everything out of their storage, to just come back in the afternoon. Came back the next day for her to say oh we don't have anything in stock at the moment come back next week. Monday comes around I get a text saying we can pick up our things. When loading the 2 nightstands and TV stand the guys were jamming the tailgate just to try to shut it. Have tried calling in to speak to a manager but somehow I always miss him. Read moreWhere do I begin....brand new floors no other furniture ever on them. Zilli brought new furniture, hubby advised them to lay something on floor. They didn’t, they scratched the floor. They insisted we use their guy because ours was too expensive. We said “ok” - but voiced some concern. Our floors are now damaged and need to be sanded even deeper then the last time because “their” floor guy did not do it correctly the first time and his machine left lines and divots on our smooth floor. We are by no means being picky - it’s bad. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. “Their” guy has already been back 2x times to fix amateur mistakes like brushing over clear coat after it’s somewhat dried. We’ve tried to work with them But it’s gotten so bad. Honestly this has been a nightmare and the way they talk to you it’s like they call the shots and you are at their mercy. We will have to have our floor re-sanded deeper which is essentially removing years off the life of the floor. :/ I would stay away. There are other places to buy...
Read moreVery low quality and unreasonable prices. I bought some furniture from Zilli when I bought my house. The sales guys promised it was a top grain leather sofa. But soon the sofa started to lose the leather on edges in spite of regular maintenance. Furniture that costs thousands of dollars wears out so soon within an year?? there is another accent chair we bought from them. Agreed it is a bonded leather. But still have not seen any others go so bad and quickly. And their insurance is a farce. When we claimed insurance they said it was wear and tear. After spending too much time talking to them we just lost our patience and gave up. Attached are a few photos. Beware of their claims and do thorough research online before you buy. I have seen online websites like wayfair offering atleast 30% lower prices for the same article these guys sell.
