It’s fast food. I walk in expecting lazy, unaware employees are there to earn a buck are preparing your food and taking your money. Some will handle the responsibility and others not able to properly make a cheese roll up (yes). Having said that, I have never liked the beef that is used for decades (come to find out it’s not just beef), so imagine what happens when I clearly say on the order and is printed on the receipt there’s to be no beef. I got all the way home and found out so I drove back and stood at their counter holding my bag of food and one of the employees sees me and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING not even tell someone else that there someone there for several minutes. I end up asking a couple of customers if they’re served and they said they waited a while too. So, I asked if anyone was able to help to which the drive thru girl talked to me (she was nice) and I told her my problem with the food and the wait, including not being acknowledged bc “she doesn’t speak English”. Because I make my point with them (and to test my Spanish), she calls another employee posing as a manager (name tag clearly says otherwise and I have shaken hands with the GM) to tell me that they will not serve me if I’m talking to them like I was (naturally, I get even more mad) and I was disturbing the customers while I see the customers I asked earlier giving me the silent clap and a smile. I just told her to fix my order and I’ll go....one of my items is a cheese roll up (somehow was a beef roll up).
A side note, they don’t open at the posted time for breakfast. I don’t really care but I know others will make the drive and find doors locked.
I’ll go to this location in the drive thru, make a basic order, and not deal with idiots inside who should be hired with better...
Read moreIts difficult to have a good experince here. Ive been coming to this location for too long. I cant even get through the drive thru anymore because my order is somehow ALWAYS wrong. Tonight we went and we were missing $9 of items, and when i asked about them the lady that was speaking to me offered not even just an apology. just "what do you want". I explained i was missing several items and she was yelling to the back to make them as i was trying to speak. Then just walked away. We arent having large orders, Just enough food for 2 people. there wasnt larger drive thru line, and nobody else in the lobby. But we cant go through the drive thru because they get it wrong more often than right. The same lady i spoke with tonight also yelled at me a while back. I was on the phone in the drive thru and got to the window to pay. I hand my card and im speaking on the phone and she looks at me and YELLS "ANY SAUCES?!?!?".. Maim are you speaking to me or your associates. There is no reason to yell at me to ask if i wanted sauce, ESPECIALLY when i was already asked at the speaker and said "yes, i would like some fire sauce please". To have an employee yell at customers, get their orders wrong more often than not wrong, and offer no apology for poor customer service is insane. As someone who also works in the customer service industry the lack of effort, communication, and quality service is astonishing. GOD FORBID you put in a doordash order to this location. One time we ordered 4 tacos, 2 drinks, and nachos through them (in the taco bell app, delivered by DD) and we got 2 tacos, no drinks. Thats it. go to the other locations, this one has no care....
Read moreOrdered mobile drive through since I'm sick. They made me come in to the store. Ok, hope they tell everyone to check them selves, it appears Taco Bell is both a vector for Covid and doesn't care about disabilities of its customers. Taco bell promising that I can pick up through drive through, then refusing to honor their contract, alright then-- please remove that option from your online order menu, otherwise seems negligent and fraudulent, but ok... And they missed an item--a Mexican pizza-- from my order. They made me go through and pick through every item in my order, having to plop them on the counter, opening each item, to ascertain that, indeed, the Mexican pizza was missing. They then spent 10 minutes making the missing Mexican pizza, while the rest of my food was getting cold. Infuriating. And nachos Bell Grande shrank since the last time I got out-- be prepared to buy your own ingredients to make it palatable at this point. Taco Bell has never been a gourmet place, obviously, to go to before. Now it's not even an option based on the discrimination due to disabilities (made me walk inside even though i told them I could not due to medical reasons), lack of correctness in order prep, and quality control. Do not go here. This has become a horrible waste of money. It's not worth it, quality- wise, financially, or effort- wise. They make you go inside for a drive through purchase that was contractually agreed on, even if you're sick!!!--i mean, what?? Anyone reading this, if you get sick-- it's directly on Taco Bell, they're completely aware...
