BEWARE; New Associate doesn't even know what Ciabatta bread is (which was fine.. we all have been new) but when ordered a steak and cheese, she also put on only a very small pinch of cheese.. I requested to put additional cheese on... It's a steak and cheese!! When checking out Manager is talking in Spanish to cashier and I inquired why the price is higher than usual; she said "You requested extra Cheese"... no I requested additional cheese to the standard amount... She’s on the short side, and I think she is the manager, believe it or not. And all the time I’ve been going there, I have never once seen the woman smile. Quite the contrary. She looks angry. She frowns. She is so rude. She makes me feel unwelcome. I cringe when I walk in and see her there. I never feel more unwelcome than when I have to deal with her.
