Wingstop — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered my food for delivery through your website. I then received a text saying someone picked up my food. After going back and forth via text a young lady called me and told me a dasher stole my food. After learning what she said happened… I called the store and the rep at Wing Stop admitted he gave my food to someone and neither he nor the dasher 1st dasher?! confirmed the order. The young man at WingStop advised they didnt know it was a Wing Stop order and then on top of that he couldn't refund me my money nor could he give me a credit or even offer to remake my food?! After he looked into it, he then said, Oh I didnt know you placed this order through Wing Stop?! I as of right now, am without food and with out my money. I called DoorDash they advised they refunded my money but back to Wing Stop since that is who I paid directly. Im so confused and not very happy to...

Shout out to Ms Luz and her staff. I came here on a busy and hectic Super Bowl Sunday after I called in an order. Her staff was amazing and kept their cool in such a chaotic environment. Unfortunately there were issues with my order that evening as to be expected to a certain degree. But Luz reached out to me a day later and apologized profusely even though it wasn’t her or her teams fault. Will definitely return to this location simply because of the customer service....

I had two orders over the span of two weeks and both were incorrect. The first order was missing wings and cooked incorrectly. The second order (after walking inside to ensure the information on the order was correct) still came out wrong. Then the cashier wanted to debate about the order.
