I ordered my food for delivery through your website. I then received a text saying someone picked up my food. After going back and forth via text a young lady called me and told me a dasher stole my food. After learning what she said happened⦠I called the store and the rep at Wing Stop admitted he gave my food to someone and neither he nor the dasher 1st dasher?! confirmed the order. The young man at WingStop advised they didnt know it was a Wing Stop order and then on top of that he couldn't refund me my money nor could he give me a credit or even offer to remake my food?! After he looked into it, he then said, Oh I didnt know you placed this order through Wing Stop?! I as of right now, am without food and with out my money.
