Cuzin’s Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Allentown

CuZin's Pub & Grill is located on Tilghman St. in Allentown. They are open Sun 11AM - 12AM, Mon - Wed 3PM - 12AM, Thu 11AM - 12AM, and Fri - Sat 11AM - 1AM.

I've heard nothing but great things since this place opened, so I was definitely looking forward to trying some of their food.

My friends and I started with three appetizers; homemade mozzarella sticks, nachos with shredded chicken, and lemon pepper wet wings. The moz sticks were lightly breaded, crispy, and filled with gooey deliciousness. The nachos were good, not great. The ingredients were fresh, but disproportional (not enough chips and queso and too much LTO). The wings were absolute perfection. I still have a handful of places to try, but Cuzin's is definitely a contender for best wings in the valley.

After the appetizers I moved on to Cuzin's colossal club. This sandwich is enormous! It's piled high with pastrami, corned beef, ham, turkey, bacon, provolone, Swiss, LTO, and house sauce. It's served on grilled rye bread.

My friends ordered the three little pigs burger and the cali chicken sandwich. They both enjoyed theirs as much as I did.

Our server was friendly, helpful with the menu, and had superb timeliness from start to finish.

I wish I could give Cuzin’s 7 stars or more… The measure of a business is not whether or not they make mistakes, but what they do to correct a mistake when one occurs. I ordered my burger without cheese. It came out with cheese. The waitress apologized and took the burger back, saying that a new burger would be on the way. A few minutes later, the chef or manager, somebody in authority, came to our table with a hummus plate and pita triangles giving his apologies, saying that the burger would not be on the bill and the restaurant wanted to give us a free dessert before we left. And they didn’t let us forget about the dessert, either. I wish I could give this review a 7 star rating. It is so refreshing to engage with a business which takes such pride in its own products as to drive them to such wonderful, above and beyond, customer service. The tip I gave our waitress reflected my feelings. And when the burger arrived the way I ordered it, it was fantastic and worth the wait. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to have good food made by people who are very proud...

Must try new restaurant of west end Allentown! Great take out presentation. Tastes the way it looks. Smoked ribs tasted right off a smoker. It was flavorful with bold smoke. I thought I was eating it from a BBQ restaurant. Secondly tried the 3 little pigs. Only reason it look well done because had husband order it. Very juicy considering the wat my husbandordered it. 3 meat combo one meat did not over power another meat. Honestly perfect burger before or after a ball game. Hearty and filling. Lastly, tried the kefta burger. Tasted as it came from a mediterranean mother with an American twist. Definitely a homemade hummus on the burger. All around pleased even with take out. Both burgers were fresh not frozen ground meat. Food was made at a timely mannered didn't wait long even with grand opening. Will dine again!!

UPDATE: Once again great food! Ordered garlic parm wings. I love juicy crispy wings, ribeye sandwich hit the spot with a perfectly cooked ribeye and caramelized onions. Had to share 3 little pigs with my husband. Great place for a night out with...
