ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The party in front of us asked about The Dubai Sundae being it wasn’t clear on the menu being it was under “Waffles” but advertised online as a Sundae. Well that was settled, (somewhat; nobody knew the difference in pricing, but we let it go) so the server asks who is next and when we walk over since by that point they jumped us twice, she laughs and walks away leaving us standing there. It wasn’t until the other customer stated we were not together they then asked “if we wanted to be helped”. When we finally place the order she is asked to take the order one at a time to avoid mess ups and that is exactly what happened, the ice creams were all wrong. I asked for the Dubai Chocolate on the screen that comes with a waffle and my sister asked for the non waffle.Well we both got the non waffle and when we met with the people that were in line next to us outside the door, they also show us they asked for soft serve and an ice cream with “no extra” Oreos and LOW AND BEHOLD, she was given EXTRA Oreos and her other ice cream was NOT in fact soft serve. In the end, we all walked out 60 bucks shorter and nobody was happy. I will not deny the Dubai chocolate ice cream is indeed tasty though it lacked the Pistacho taste, as well as the Red Velvet milkshake (my son was content). Let me start by saying don't ever feel obligated to tip, not at a place like an ice cream shop. Saturday night my husband and I went to dinner then came here for ice cream, i love their ice cream. Anyway my husband got a shake, i got a bubble waffle cone with 2 scoops of vanilla. The girl that took our order, was very nice at first, no problem. She brings my husband's shake, it wasnt exactly right, we didn't complain he took it as is then we go to pay while i waited for my bubble cone to be made. Now when you pay you have an option to tip, we spent $18 on our 2 items, now I didnt see the need to have to tip so we didn't. After the girl saw we didn't tip her whole attitude changed, she disappeared for a few minutes came back, i saw her making my order and when she brought it to me, this cone had 2 baby size scoops of vanilla ice cream. The person in charge was busy making an order (it was a Saturday night) so i didn't bother to complain and have them fix it,I decided to write this review instead. So because she didn't get a tip this girl served me a cone she KNEW wasn't acceptable, because even my husband said she was watching for my reaction after she handed me my cone. Super clean location with some on and off friendly customer service. Every visit is a new experience. Awesome variety of ice cream flavors / assortment with other sweet tooth cravings. You can try flavors before committing to buying

Less grams of sugar in the ice cream or is it actually sugar? Other places / brands have so much sugar you get all hyped up just by smelling the flavor. If only all ice creams tasted this pleasantly natural and smooth, what a wonderful world it would be!

Prices are decent, quantity per serving is ok in my opinion but more would be nice. Lots and lots of options for toppings if you have a very sweet tooth.

How can an ice cream place notoriously known as Udder bar run out of certain flavors? C'mon now having me drive 45 minutes over only to find out you're out of my favorite flavor... whaaaaaaaaat!

Outdoor seating is a win if the place is not packed and only other issue is parking. Most spots are marked as parking for customers of the bank next door which scares some of us from being towed.

Now where is the gallon order line at, wait... can we even order ice cream by the gallon at...
