Generations Bistro & Marketplace — Restaurant in Allouez

This was my first time in Generations Bistro and I was WOWed. I will definitely be back! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and helped in a timely manner. I ordered a weiner schnitzel to go and it was top of the line. The food was amazing and the attached marketplace is absolutely beautiful. I wanted to buy everything in that store from fresh, locally grown veggies to the clean skin products and cleaning products. I’m excited to try the cafe counter too!! There is something for everyone in this store and I can’t wait to go back...

This beautiful restaurant offers a creative menu with European flair, including the best Wiener Schnitzel you’ll have outside of Austria. Lamb chops were well prepared and there are good options for smaller appetites, vegetarian diets, and kids (burger as well as Mac & cheese when we went). We appreciated that it was quiet enough to have good conversation. My group was wishing for more non-alcoholic options on the drink menu, but it was otherwise an outstanding special...

Generations was a great dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We have a family member with a severe nut allergy, and we really appreciated the attention and concern the staff members demonstrated. We don't typically dine out because of this, so finding a nice place in town we can go as a family and not have to be anxious about an allergic reaction is a huge relief.
