Hardee’s — Restaurant in Alma

Gave order twice at speaker...order was repeated at window which was wrong. Server was unfamiliar with operation of cash register as far as my order which was apparently not what they expect you to order. My order was sausage egg and chesse, large hash brown, small coffee. As I was waiting I could hear arguing and inappropriate language. Finally I guess the manager or someone who could operate the register that could put in my unusual order did, while inappropriately speaking to the orginal server which should of been done not in front of a customer. Got my order and was asked would I take the coffee large since she already made it...in which I said yes just so I could leave. Very dirty around drive thru window...in fact the whole premises was dirty. Very very unsatisfied! The owner should be embarrassed and really concerned over the service and cleanliness at this Hardee's. The only reason I gave it a one star rating is after I prayed over my food it...

Just went through the drive thru. No line, no one is here. Surely, that means I can expect their best, since they're not rushed right?

Wrong. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders, with honey mustard sauce. Costs 5 dollars and some change. That much for 3 tenders? Well hopefully they're good.

Nope. They're small, very thin and fatty pieces of chicken. I feel like I'm just eating off-cuts of silverskin.

The employees were thank-less, weren't wearing masks or gloves, and ignored me even though I greeted them warmly. They were busy talking to each other.

Ontop of it all, I asked for only two things. Chicken, and sauce. When I reached my destination, not only was the taste of the chicken disappointing, but they forgot to pack my sauce.

Trash service, and trash...

Most excellent meal. I was exhausted and hungry after working all day without eating. When I didn't get a response at the order menu going through the drive through, I pulled around to the window to make sure that they were still open. To my surprise they were. And when the nice lady at the window asked me what I would have, I realized that I had no idea and hadn't really looked at the menu. I told her I'm extremely hungry and like bacon on my burgers and said just hook me up with something that would fill the spot. She said I'm going to feed you like I do my husband. Her husband is a lucky man. That bacon thick burger hit the spot and the fries were amazingly hot and fresh. Even the coke was good! No complaints here! Only great customer service! Thanks for...
