Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alma

I ordered it online waited the 15 minutes it said and when I got there there was one person working she said she just put the order in the oven and it'd be another 10 to 15 minutes. I had somewhere I had to be yeah I had already paid for it and she said she couldn't really do a refund. So I was forced to wait for my order got it left to go meet up with my appointment on the way I opened my food and discovered that it was wrong I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a meat lovers which I hate. I had ordered a full order of breadsticks and got half an order. With a very little cup of sauce. It was ours after my appointment was over I can't remember that the Pizza Hut there in Alma Georgia would do I do not recommend this restaurant. It is understaffed the young lady who works there is either overworked or doesn't care. Found that hard to get your personal fan beats up in a large order of fridge fixed available and get that right you said it was due to her being busy yet nobody came in called or anything else while I waited on my order in the store after she told me it just got started so I don't see how it was over work and I saw no other orders but one come in online and on the screen mine kept saying it was ready for the time I walked in to the time I left so it took me 45 minutes to get a 15 minute meal all told that was wrong. Worst pizza hut I have every had to be associated with. Ordered my pizza online the website time for my pizza to get here was 30 mins. After an hour my pizza still hadn't came I called to cancel my order they told me theyre system had shut down and they couldn't cancel my order because the manager wasn't in. So I waited until the next day they told me my order had been cancelled even though it was still pending on my account. Fast forward almost a week later my money has been taken off of my account? So I call pizza hut and the stores GM MANAGER states she can't give me money back unless i have a bank statement its 8 at night so i told her I'll bring it in tomorrow, she tells me she not going to be in tomorrow and have a blessed night. So you think you can Steal from me? Lol You got the right one mrs Crissy. The police will be involved before I catch a case I'll let them handle it sweety. Incompetence...

Unless someone who knows you is working that day, the service is quite usually very poor. The order is often inaccurate &/or late (& a handful of times, just never shows up), even if you order hours ahead for a specific time. This is over a couple of years time span, not just once or during a certain crew working.

That being said, when it's right, it's very good. & there are a few really great workers at this location, but the majority are just not people persons.

UPDATE: After years of having poor service & unfriendly employees, it seems the Alma location is finally staffing people who care about their customers & put effort into their job. It's really refreshing after all of the past, extremely poor experiences I've...
