BC Pizza - Alpena — Restaurant in Alpena Township

I will start off by saying I sent in an online request to be contacted but wasn't, also sent a message thru their Facebook page, which wasn't responded to.

Went there a few weeks ago. Waited an EXTRA 35 minutes after the estimated 25 min they quoted me online. In the timeframe I was sitting in the restaurant, 2 other patrons walked in and were ignored for like 5-10 min!

When I finally got my food, the breadsticks were hard as a rock and overcooked by about 20 mins. The takeout container was FULL of butter, which usually I don't mind, but the breadsticks were so hard, they didn't soak up a single ounce of it, so the butter was ALL OVER the place on the boxes, my car, etc.

My pizza, however, was the opposite and was so raw I could make bubbles in the dough with my fingers. What kind of idiots do you have working there, and that's as nice as I can be..... I want a full refund for my order. This kind of service is horrible. Please contact...

I recently had the taco pizza and it was good so I ordered another one for my guest at home for lunch, later in the day when my guest arrived and we were to eat the pizza I noticed that it didn't have the lettuce, tomato or cheese and olives. They also didn't give us the sour cream for sauce. The pizza was just horrible it had just a little cheddar cheese and the other cheese was not on the pizza it was dry. I also asked for a large pizza and charged for one but got a medium pizza. I called them and they said they were training new people so that's why the pizza looks like that way. The person who trained the person should have checked out before it went out although they offered me 5%off next pizza I will not get another pizza here. I think they should have given me a free pizza to replace the one I paid for that was bad and the reason I didn't go back to the store was I live 18 miles...

I used to order Peperoni Breadstick's all the time and they used to come with 8ish breadstick's that have been buttered and parmcheese and garlic salt on them. However two orders ago I got 4 long bread sticks per box but still had butter and garlic salt. Tried again to give it another shot. We got 8 sticks per order but they had no butter or garlic salt, brought to door dash attention and they did nothing. I tried one last time to order them from you and this time I only got 4 short bread sticks per order and they didn't have any butter or salt like normal either I tried to contact door dash to make this right with no luck. I tried to contact B.C. Pizza...
