Dear Domino's Pizza,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your establishment, specifically due to an employee named Haylee. My recent experience was marred by her extreme rudeness and lack of attentiveness, which left me feeling dissatisfied and disheartened.
From the moment I walked in, Haylee's demeanor was noticeably unpleasant. She displayed a complete lack of professionalism and failed to greet me with even a modicum of courtesy. As a customer, I believe that basic respect and friendliness should be a fundamental aspect of any service-oriented business.
Not only was Haylee rude, but she also demonstrated a concerning level of inattentiveness. She appeared disinterested in taking my order and seemed more preoccupied with her personal conversations than providing quality customer service. Despite attempting to communicate my preferences, she brushed me off and exhibited a careless attitude towards my requests.
Furthermore, when my order was finally prepared, it was clear that little attention to detail had been given. The pizza itself was poorly made, with toppings haphazardly arranged and the crust lacking the desired consistency. It was evident that Haylee had not taken the necessary care in ensuring that my order met the standards expected from a reputable pizza establishment like Domino's.
As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and attentiveness, especially when patronizing a well-known establishment like yours. Unfortunately, the behavior and attitude displayed by Haylee fell far short of these expectations, leaving a negative impression on what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised. Improving customer service and ensuring that employees like Haylee are held accountable for their behavior will not only enhance the reputation of your establishment but also foster a more positive environment for future patrons.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that my feedback will contribute to the improvement of...
Read moreIt was 11:06 pm when I pulled up to workers visibly ignoring me at the door when they had the open sign up and clearly posted hours open until 12. I called in the car and they had the recording saying that they weren’t taking more orders due to the extreme amount they had at the moment when I was just there and they were sweeping up. I also visibly saw a female worker shake her head when looking at my car as she was wiping things down. I understand not coming into an establishment close to close but I feel that me coming in an hour before close was acceptable.
Just an update it’s day two trying to get in and I tried a few hours earlier and still same thing. I wonder why they shut down so early and also why if they shut down so early all the time why we’re they cleaning after 11 o’clock the day before? It’s takes that long to clean? These people have no idea what they are doing. A man said something to me when I entered saying they don’t have anyone trained to close. I wonder how everything gets shut off...
Read moreDisgusted with the service, but happy with the taste of the food. I ordered online, curbside, and followed their Tracker directives for pick up. I waited until the time my order was projected to be ready and then went inside the store. I was told it would be a few minutes yet. I pointed out my car just outside the door and asked they deliver it to me once it was finished. I patiently waited, and 20 minutes later I went back inside. I was told there was an errror made and they had needed to remake one of my pizzas. (You'd have thought they might have communicated that to me via phone or visiting my car just outside the door.) They scrambled for the order and offererd no apology for the delay. I inquired about a free pizza offer they showed online for the excessive wait time. They hemmed and hawed but finally relented and 'wrote my name in their book,' for a future order. Once home, we found that the pizzas were good but they had forgotten to give us the sauce for the plain...
