Dunkin' — Restaurant in Alpharetta

This has got to be the worst Dunkin donut restaurant ever, I was the only one in the drive thru line when I placed my order; I decided to add additional items for a family member as No One was in line behind me and the store wasn't busy...there was only one other customer sitting inside. The first person at the window seemed too anxious to take my second order, she mumbled something about minutes left and look up at a clock counting down, well, I just said forget it. Then the second employee comes up to the window and says I need to move up; as I mentioned, No one was behind me in the drive thru; I asked the reason why l had to move up when there were No other customers, so I made a second attempt to place the second order; the employee told me I had 26 seconds left at the window, and that I needed to pull up. I decided to lag along at the window hoping my order would come soon which it did. I also asked the first employee whats the deal with 26 seconds? So she responded, each car only have a certain amount of time at the window (I believe it's 30 seconds). So, I had to return to the drive thru to place order from the menu board rather than at the window, did I mention lol, still, No one was in line, it was not a busy time of day.. the food was horrible and the staff seemed very stressed and anxious. If this is management way of improving customer service, he/she needs to go back to school. The pay must be great to work there because there is NO way anyone should work under those...

Avoid this location! I would absolutely give this zero stars if it was an option. My husband and I went through the drive through this morning we order 2 sandwiches 2 hasbrowns a donut and a small coffee. We paid and got our bag at the window, doesn’t seem like enough. In the bag is 2 sandwich and one hashbrown. We ask for the hashbrown and coffee. The lady says “I have to ring you up.” We look at the receipt and the coffee isn’t there so we agree to pay for that and she is trying to charge us for a hashbrown. We try to explain we paid for the hashbrown and it’s not in the bag. At that point she proceeds to argue with that us everything is in the bag and charges us for another hashbrown after my husband handed her the money for the coffee. After arguing with her more she refunds the money for the hashbrown we already paid for. After that’s all settled we leave after we are a few miles away we realize the donut WE PAID FOR is not in the bag and at the time we were unable to go back for it. It was an awful experience and highly unprofessional of this woman at the drive through to argue with us over a dollar item WHEN SHE WAS WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE! Our entire order was a complete mess. THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I will also be contacting store management about her, I’m being nice enough not to blast her...

Angels among us:

It was a cool evening mid May 2021. My best friend and I, tired from our shift at the cat clinic just wanted to get some chocolate frosted donuts to reward ourselves from the hard day we had. We arrive at this seemingly normal DD with hope in our hearts and hunger in our stomachs. Ahead of us we’re two women who seemed to have the desire to buy out all of the chocolate frosted donuts. They bought all but one, just one lonely chocolate frosted sitting in the window begging to be eaten. My bestie and I looked sadly into each other’s eyes... who would get the final donut. Moments later the employee who was about to change our lives came up to us “may I help you?” She said. Holding back tears we ask for the final chocolate donut and struggle to pick five more knowing what we truly wanted we could not have. This angel who for some reason came down from heaven to serve donuts to the human race seemed to just know what we were there for... “we actually have more chocolate frosted in the back” ...joy and relief crashed over us nearly knocking us to our knees as angels began to sing and heaven was in full view as this angel among us came back with what we truly desired... chocolate frosted donuts.
