Extreme Teriyaki at Old Milton — Restaurant in Alpharetta

I have eaten here several times coworkers and I but never have I experienced such poor customer service from this place. I actually place my order over the phone for pick up before leaving on my lunch break which was "any two entree combo chicken hibachi with grilled glazed salmon, noddle no veggies and a side of crab rangoon". The lady stated it'll take 10 mins. I get there and I did what anybody would do which is check there order. Well it was wrong, it had veggie all through my meal which I don't eat and have limited of time on my lunch. I did not make a big deal about it just ask if they would correct my order. The guy that made my meal was upset because he messed and and the lady that worked there with him tried to give me more noddle to satisfy me. I replied I do not want more noddle just the correct order. The guy proceed to cook my food with a little irritation so I stood off to the side where customers stand and patiently wait on my food. I've watch him before my food from a previous time. Last time my salmon was on the grilled being cooked with everything else but this time he puts it in the microwave in the back. I'm thinking maybe he's defrosting the salmon. He goes to the back and to grab it from out of the microwave. Thin curtains separated the cooking station from the back but I can still see back there. The microwave sits low and he grabs the salmon but drops it on the floor and looked around to see if anyone seen what just happen because he was reaching to grab it to bring it to the front but because I seen it he just left it on the floor and came back to the front. I could tell he was frustrated and he yells to me can you go sit down your making me nerves. I said excuse me sir, if anyone should be nerves it should be me. I you got my first order wrong and this order you were about to give me floor salmon and if I didn't see you drop it. I told them I do not want anything from this place and you guys wasted my time on my lunch break. I did not get an apology or nothing. UPDATE- I have to remove stars for the extremely slow lunch time service. It takes them almost 30 minutes RIGHT AT OPENING to make a simple lunch. You'd think they would prepare ahead of time since they don't open until 11. It's really frustrating when you're trying to get lunch on an hour break!!! 😔

I don't know why this place doesn't have a higher rating! The food is so fresh and delicious and the portions are HUGE. I've tried more hibachi places than I can count and Extreme Teriyaki is always the best all across the board. Everything is so flavorful and cooked perfectly. I got the shrimp teriyaki with fried rice and vegetables and an order of the vegetable egg rolls. While the shrimp teriyaki was tasty, there was no sauce to be found. I had to go back inside and ask for a side of sauce.

The sauce itself is delicious! I typically like a sauce that's more savory than sweet and this sauce is perfectly balance without being too sweet.

The portion is shrimp was amazing for the price.!

The vegetable egg rolls were piping hot and tasty! I loved the flavor they had. Me and my 10month old thoroughly enjoyed smashing them in the car.
