I rated this establishment with 3 stars because I'm a picky eater and this was my first visit. I can't give a thorough review because I did not venture into the abyss of the menu. I'm not big on fried foods and almost everything on the menu is fried. There's an extra charge for grilled meats. I opted for the vegetable burrito. No thrills there. It's basically a BRC with pico de gallo and condiments. I did however enjoy the toasted flour tortilla. Not many places seal the burrito to give it a savory crunch. They have sopas, tortas, tacos, nachos, loaded fries, quesadillas, burritos, aqua frescas, and fountain drinks. Parking is limited (street parking may be your best option), dining area is outside, mask required, social distance markers are labeled on the floor inside, pay via iPad and they have weekday specials. Pasadena- Washington store is the BEST!!! Let me just say this first, thanks to all the staff who accommodate me at literally 3 mins before closing time for a $60 order to feed my family. I was extremely apologetic but the staff reassured me there was NOTHING to apologize for and that they were happy to take my order. Everyone was very nice and welcoming - Ulaine was my cashier and she provided nothing but excellent customer service; Wilson and Olvasdo assisted with preparing my order. The duo was efficient, polite and respectful. The service I received was superb and it was my first time walking into this establishment; for a fast food place you rarely get such service and for me this was huge deal, hence why I'm writing this review because this team need to be highlighted!!! all the Baja Cali have no customer service. There is no fine print or exclusion stating that I can't order Special on Thursday and picking it up on Sunday. The fact that I am still paying for the orders and all. I would never return here or any other Baja Cali unless they take care of their customer. 2nd doesn't offer excellent customer service, and diversity. After calling customer service they couldn't even provide a printout exception or anything stating about the order.
