I’ve been going to Mota’s for years I literally go this one two times a week. Every time I go I spend $60-$80 now I went today. Ordered me a Menudo I have got one hot sauce. I asked for extra hot sauce. She said she was going to charge me for a hot sauce. Remind you previously I never got charged for hot sauce or extra onions and cilantro for extra hot sauce and cilantro and then I use my debit card and then she charged me for using my debit card. It’s ridiculous to me that you charge me to use my debit card. I ordered $80 worth of food and asked for one extra hot sauce and so much extra if that was the case, you should’ve charged me before not all of a sudden of want to charge me I feel that is not right and I am Loyal customer to the point where when I do walk in or order my food over the phone the other woman knows me I guess I will have to find another loyal place just how I’m loyal to the business they need to be loyal to your customers and treat your customers...

Prices are ok Menu looks good BUT, my first time here I’m actually pretty disappointed. Steak Fajitas had few chewy parts, retried beans Somehow lacked flavor or savory taste they don’t use pinto for some reason.
