My mom, sister and I came here a little before closing on Friday night after a concert as it was the only place open. Their orders came out fine, but I ordered two ranch snack wraps with grilled chicken. I've been eating them for ten years and its the only thing I ever get as I don't like anything else or crispy chicken. When we got out to my car, there was no chicken in either of my wraps. I noticed one had yellow paper (for grilled) and one had white (for crispy) but neither of them had any chicken. Just ranch, cheese and lettuce. I went back inside and asked for them to put chicken on my wraps. Someone grabbed them and I asked the cashier to please make sure there is grilled chicken on them as I do NOT like crispy. He walks over there but he doesn't say anything. The guy who took my wraps comes back and I say "Is there grilled chicken on these wraps?" he looks at me and says "No because you ordered them with crispy." I told him "No, I ordered them with grilled chicken like I have been for the past ten years." So he sighs loudly and takes back the wrap in the white paper and puts grilled on it (the other one apparently had grilled on it already, but I thought I had "ordered it with crispy"?!) I asked one more time if there was for sure grilled chicken and he heaves a "yes" before turning around and walking away. Thank god I don't live around here and rely on that crew to make my wraps. How the heck do you forget the chicken in a chicken...
Read moreMust have been a rough night. Ordered after sitting in line for 20 minutes. No big deal. Got our drinks at the window and was told to park and the food would be out shortly. No problem.
Then we waited for 20 more minutes with no food. Went in to check and they said they were backed up, should be done soon.
After another 20 minutes of waiting outside I went back in. An hour had passed since we got there at this point. While inside, several people came in to complain they hadn’t gotten their food, their orders were wrong, etc. One gentleman was given a coffee instead of a Diet Coke. They even put the coffee in the plastic soda cup! Customers came in and left because no one ever came to take their order.
Finally someone came over and asked what my order was. I told them and they couldn’t even find a record of it. After looking around a while, someone brought me a copy of my receipt that they found, asking me if it was my order. Apparently they forgot about it, lost the receipt, who knows.
The young manager was very nice and apologetic, but at that point, after wasting an hour, I just asked for a refund, which they gave me.
I know everyone is short staffed, can’t find help, can only hire 15 years olds, etc. But at some point it’s better to close the doors for the night then disappoint another 50 customers. I hope they can find some help soon.

Read moreMy husband and I stopped here on our way home from a friend's house in Maine. This was a huge mistake. We ordered our food on the touch screen terminal thing inside and paid for our food. We took a triangle with a number like it said and sat at a table. We waited 15 minutes for our food when I finally went up to the counter to wait. The young worker's we're walking around behind the counter. One kid kept eating fries from the warmer every time he walked by. And rubbing his hands through his hair. We watched two other customers come in because they got their orders wrong. We would have left at that point but we were hungry and tired and already paid for our food at the terminal. We ate our food and used the bathrooms before we left. The bathrooms were dirty. When we arrived home we both became sick with diarrhea and this McDonald's is the only food stop we made. We have been to many McDonald's locations and we have never experienced anything like this. I have never given such a terrible review. But I wanted to be truthful and fair. I understand it was a weekend holiday but there didn't appear to be an adult manager present to address these issues.
