Very bad customer service!!! First and last time at this location we had purchased a big order, which the girl forgot to put a coke in the order(we told the girl but she did not put it on the ticket) but we noticed when we were moving towards the second window tried telling the guy in the next in window but he understood â can you charge me a cokeâ like if we were bearly ordering it in the second window but he didnât even let us fished he answered very rude saying I canât charge you here, rolled his eyes and closed the window in our face my husband had to hunk and tried explaining the incident and reason why we had asked him to charge us the coke that, that was ridiculous bc we did the line and orderd the coke but the girl didnât put it on the ticket and he said sr you have to go through the drive thru again and we asked for the manager and he rolled his eyes at us again, then the manager told us the same thing and was even ruder to go around bc she gets in trouble with her supervisor and we were like you are the manager we are just trying to explain the situation she was like what were you missing cutting off our conversation and she rudely gave us the coke and we never liked to be complaining to managers bc my husband is a manager and we hate those type of people but this was the worse customer service ever! And Mc Donaldâs please train your managers to handle well the situations bc that is not a way to treat them, you are supposed to feel them welcome so you can have returning customers but instead you are loosing...

They missed part of our order and when we wanted to make sure we got the burgers added and pay for them she wanted us to get back in line at the drive thru or get off and pay and inconvenience us after they didnât get our order right. She then had the audacity to say why didnât you read it back to make sure it was right. Along side of that she was rude as if we were the ones that needed to have customer service, she obviously didnât understand we are paying customers. She refused help us and refused to give me her direct managers contact information. I visit this McDonaldâs daily for my coffee as its right by my home, and I am not satisfied as how they treated us today in front of my children aside from that.    Read moreSlowest drive thru customer service ever. It took 17 minutes to get a large strawberry shake. Also my previous experiences going inside were not the greatest. I can hear chit chat about the workers plans to go out and party and about their boyfriend's. They should focus more on their work rather than their plans. They don't have very good communication as far as calling out what they need and what orders should be ready etc. I would recommend that the team lead/manager also stop saying out loud if they want write ups every couple of minutes. That is the best way to demotivate somebody. Please build your team up rather than bring them down. Maybe then you'll have enough people working in this location to move a big line in the drive thru.
