COBRHS II — Restaurant in Altoona

Food is okay at best. Service is terrible. Ordered a pizza and wings for pick up. The guy asks if I want to add a 2 liter of soda. Says, "You want a 2 liter? I'll sell it to you cheap". I thank him for the offer but explain that I don't usually drink soda. He says okay. He rings me up and it's $30. He says, AFTER CHARGING MY CARD, "Do you want to know how much it would have cost if you added the soda? $21." What!!??

He never said he could discount the whole order. Just made it sound like it was a discounted bottle of soda.

Any person with decent customer service skills would have explained this better and not just said, "Do you want to buy a two liter? I'll sell it to you cheap." Give me a break man. At that point, just give the discount to people without playing games. He was so smug about it afterwards too. The food isn't worth the terrible service. Too many other pizza places in town to deal with a...

I called them 3 times an hour before they were supposed to close and got no answer, I drove over and they were open. There was no one else there and the workers were gambling on skills machines in the corner. While i waited for my food I heard the phone ringing in the back and watched as no one answered and they instead continued to gamble and loudly complain about their customers and how they never get tipped. They also complained about how to make my food, they had to dirty everything they just cleaned. Reminder this was 40 minutes before closing (8:20) and i didn’t get out of there until 9:00. The place would be a lot better if they had better workers who didn’t refuse business and complain about the business they do have to other costumers. I used to like their food, but the terrible service isn’t worth it. Don’t plan on going back...

Great wings cooked just perfect how we wanted them. Great people there funny and friendly. 10/13/3024 I don't know what happened from the first time I made this review but I feel I have to give another review. So I ordered a large pizza dozen of wings small order of fries breaded cauliflower and a cheese steak hoagie. That being said the cheese steak came in 2 boxes which made absolutely no sense to me because we ordered a 20 inch and it had no flavor what so ever and all it was was 2 hoagie rolls which at most would make it out to be at most 16 inch. The wings was dry and the pizza looked like something you could get at a school cafeteria. I am really disappointed and the fact that we paid $80 for is all was really upsetting.
