11/15 ordered 2 pizzas and 2 order of chicken wings. Added 5$ tip. Ordered this @ 718 pm. By 845 my order had went out with driver April who gave my order to another customer, but marked it delivered on the tracker to my address. After 25 min of arguing w/2 other drivers who actually posed as a manager I finally got the manager who after a brief meltdown gave me a credit. Today I used the credit (11/16) and I received what I believe was a sub par order because they told me there was no credit issued. The manager (from the night before)finally took the order and I picked it up. I received (literally) a half bowl of mac & cheese(6.99) 2 dry burned sandwiches and a cookie brownie. I had to order my emergency pizza on line (the manager said he couldn't take the order over the phone) They were rude, uninterested and customer service was like asking for food from someone who didn't want to feed you. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOES IN ALTUS AGAIN. They need a whole new management team. I own Yellabonez Soulfood Kitchen and I would never treat any customer the way I was treated. Shame on you people! I completely believe the 1 star is being generous. I wish I could upload these Pics so the public could see what they begrudgingly made me... If you want Grocery Store level pizza go to Walmart Deli, at least there they will treat you cordially and the food will be edible... I see others have posted pics but there seems to be no way to add my pics. I hope that the owner reads this and chooses to look at what a majority of people are saying because who ever owns this dominoes needs to rethink his whole management team and...
Read moreI thought long and hard about posting this, I can honestly say it is very rare that I do this, but I feel the service last night warrants this post. I placed an order on the app and all was well except when I got the alert that the pizza had been delivered but no pizza. I know sometimes there can be a delay but I haven't had any issues when I ordered before so I gave it a little bit and about 10 minutes after getting the delivered alert on my phone I called the store and kind of got the brush off answer of sometimes the app is off from the actually delivery. No effort to try to call the driver, nothing. Another 10 minutes pass, so that's 20 minutes after the delivered alert, we get the pizza its soggy from the middle to the crust and lukewarm at best. Don't think I'll be ordering from dominos again, I think I'll stick to my frozen pizzas at least then I can guarantee they'll be hot. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the previous times I've ordered I have had no problems and that includes the timing on the app...
Read moreI haven't had a problem with Dominos, until today. I placed an online order for delivery to the base. The driver got stuck at the gate because her pass was expired. Ok, I mark it as a fluke and leave my house to meet the driver. Keep in mind, I did request delivery. After I bring the two pizzas and sandwich to my house my wife notices that one of the pizzas was not made properly (wrong ingredients on the wrong parts) and the sandwich was missing sauce. It simply wasn't there. I called and spoke to the manager who... would you have guessed it, was the one that made the food (thank you pizza tracker). Chicken parm without sauce is... kinda gross. I called and spoke to her and she was extremely apologetic but was unable to offer me a credit for the future. Her only compensation was to remake the food... that I'd have to get because the driver still can't make it to my house. I'd have to wait another 30-40 minutes for remade items. This is my first truly negative interaction with Dominos - I'll probably order from Papa Johns...
