Petal Pushers Flowers & Gifts — Local services in Altus

I have used Petal Pushers for years, over a decade for yearly flowers for my mothers birthday. I called today and they are booked up, which is absolutely no problem. They explained they are working on a funeral, I totally understand. No problem about that. I asked if there were other floral shops as it’s my mother’s birthday and I was needing to send her some flowers and I got told that he was not giving the information to the other floral shop north of town because he hasn’t been very nice to them. I explained that I don’t live there so I’m not able to go up there to see. I ended up speaking with Lisa who was very rude. She didn’t let me finish explaining what I needed (information to any flower shop) and I got told “We aren’t changing the policy for you” I never asked them to change their policy or have flowers available today. Well I just drove 40 minutes to buy from your establishment, and then you say you need a week in advance and we wouldn’t get anything like what you were making in Vernon, TX. Strike 1. I stopped by the store today to grab a single wrapped rose for my mom and to take a look at some ideas for Valentine’s for my mom. I walked in first no greeting at all, but I noticed the lady was on tht phone. I heard the entire conversation that she was waiting for Christy to show up etc. By the time she got off the phone I had looked around and was coming out the cooler when she approached me.
