BEWARE OF THE SMALL PORTION....NOT WORTH WHAT THEYRE CHARGING...Walked in hoping to get a good bowl of Pho. Place was completely empty. Ordered the Large eye round, flank, and fatty brisket. The server notified me that the Chinese basil isn't available this time of year. Which isn't correct as the vietnamese grocery in the area carries it year round. But that's not the point when my bowl arrived I noticed a very small amount of meat on the surface and as I go further into the bowl I discover that there was only 4 or slivers of meat barely weighing 3 or 4oz. Barely any onion cut into it. I asked the server if this was a proper amount for a large bowl of Pho he asked the kitchen and they responded with this is the normal amount and they weren't prepared to give unless I paid a 4 dollars extra for one particular meat. I ordered the meat and it took sometime for it to arrive. By that time I had already finished the chinsy amount they originally served me. The server assured me that the extra amount was adequate for the 4 dollars extra I paid it arrived and ofncourse another 3oz serving. I was fed up at this point asked for bill (over $30)and left the food behind didn't even drink my tea or the appetizer. Save yourself the trouble and your money. Go somewhere else.

Pho Pier 77 is a breath of fresh air when it comes to food choices in PCB. About a 5 minute drive from pier park to this little quaint restaurant and you'll find it on the right side of the road. The building is relatively big and hard to miss, and has just enough parking spaces. Amongst the other limited choices for 'Asian' cuisine, this is probably one of the best I've found in PCB that gives a traditional tasting home-cooked meal. Staff is nice and the owners are very welcoming. Family owned and run since they've been open. The decor is filled with items reminiscent of Saigon, Vietnam. Clean and well kept, adding a very lovely view of the beach to the side. Menu has a collection of most Vietnamese dishes that's to be expected and plenty of drink/dessert choices. The Com Dac Biet is a great choice for those not sure of what to order. Mainly consisting of rice, beef, shredded pork, egg, and veggies. There's also traditional pho choices for those in need of a more soup based dish. Pho Pier 77 is one of those places I wished I had known about sooner during previous visits to PCB. But now that I know about it, I will be returning in the future. This place definitely deserves more people coming to visit!

Service & food was not up to par but son enjoyed his dish & the pho broth was not bad. I’m not used to spring rolls the same size of my index finger. I bought two & asked him to cut it in half so my party of 5 can have a bite. Who knew? It’s not worth the price y’all. We’re city folks so pho we know. They have the sizes all wrong. The small size should be kids size & large is small. Price seems $1.50 over price. The pho broth was fresh I can’t say about their basils though. It’s like they are limited in supply. Seafood pho had 1-shrimp. Sad. Having two guys trying to serve during busy time is not good. Very under staff. I had to help sit a group because the two were busy. Very nice guys though..just felt bad for them. Good atmosphere..not so clean when we got there at 7:30 pm! I would go back for the pho on a cold day.

Best Vietnamese food in Panama Beach, Fl. We tried a few Vietnamese places in Panama Beach Florida and this place has the best vietnamese food. We have had Vietnamese food in many states and this is probably one of the better ones we have tried. Service was a bit slow during busy dinner hours but it's understandable. We sat down ourselves and got a menu from their server about 8 minutes later. Price for a special large bowl of Pho soup that has all the meats is $13.95 before taxes. Its a bit more price wise then other places in town but its worth it for the taste. Definitely recommend this place if you like vietnamese food. They also have regular pho bowls with different types of meat for less $10.95. There are small bowls thatis around $7.95. Their pork chop rice dish was good as well. We also enjoyed the their fried egg roll which was 2 for $3. Its about half the size of a egg roll from a chinese restaurant in case you want to knows the size of them. Two bowl of special pho noodles, 1 order of egg rolls can definitely fill two adults up. So for about $35. You can gave a delicious filling meal at Pho 77. They have parking and its a decent size place that can fill about 30-40 people. They are located across from the beach so you can see some ocean views at the right table. Definitely recommend this place. Its the best Vietnamese place in town. I took off one star because of the price and...

Worst customer service I've ever received in my 20 plus years of living in Bay county. I have been in the service industry 8 years. Worked as a server an bartender at some of the high volume well known restaurants in PCB. This place is cute an small I enjoy those spots usually. My party of 2 at a table. Then they had 1 other table being used with 3 people. We were not greeted by anyone. My waitress sat behind the bar for more than 10 min looking down then I asked nicely if I could get a water. Instantly shown complete disrespect an 0 customer service. I ordered a app I didn't like so just didn't eat an didn't care to order anything else I felt so uncomfortable. Never was checked on or told that she would have are check up at the counter. She didn't try to make anything right with me an basically just gave me a I don't care attitude. At this point I couldn't handle it an simple stated this is the worst customer service I've ever seen then she calls the cook out an her an the cook sit there an laugh at me an then mocked me after I said I worked in the industry an that customer always right. They laughed more an said no there not. I'm just blown away with the way they conduct business in a restaurant. 0 stars honestly u don't deserve even 1. I've never been treated so poorly ever in any restaurant. True...

A 20% tip was automatically added to the check, which was perfectly fine. However, I thought it was a bit interesting that when I received the credit card receipt it had another request for a tip, this time using the word "gratuity" instead of "tip" as if they are two separate line items. I felt that there was a bit of rogue intent built into to their billing procedures. So, I made it clear that the 20% tip was already added by them by circling the 20% tip line item. However, when I checked my credit card transaction a few hours later, I found that they had charged me another 20% tip. The food was about $101 before tax and they charged me more than $40 in 2 separate tips - one automatically, and another without my authorization. Like many people, I usually tip more than 20% anywhere I go, unless the tip is automatically added to my check. So, I could I have easily let it go, if I believed it was a honest mistake, but this one didn't feel good at all. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company (I didn't know that was a thing) and got the second (unauthorized) tip removed from the charge. Who knows? Maybe it was their very first time making this mistake, but be sure to check your bill, the receipt and the credit card transactions carefully when dining at...
