Best Vietnamese food in Panama Beach, Fl. We tried a few Vietnamese places in Panama Beach Florida and this place has the best vietnamese food. We have had Vietnamese food in many states and this is probably one of the better ones we have tried. Service was a bit slow during busy dinner hours but it's understandable. We sat down ourselves and got a menu from their server about 8 minutes later. Price for a special large bowl of Pho soup that has all the meats is $13.95 before taxes. Its a bit more price wise then other places in town but its worth it for the taste. Definitely recommend this place if you like vietnamese food. They also have regular pho bowls with different types of meat for less $10.95. There are small bowls thatis around $7.95. Their pork chop rice dish was good as well. We also enjoyed the their fried egg roll which was 2 for $3. Its about half the size of a egg roll from a chinese restaurant in case you want to knows the size of them. Two bowl of special pho noodles, 1 order of egg rolls can definitely fill two adults up. So for about $35. You can gave a delicious filling meal at Pho 77. They have parking and its a decent size place that can fill about 30-40 people. They are located across from the beach so you can see some ocean views at the right table. Definitely recommend this place. Its the best Vietnamese place in town. I took off one star because of the price and...
Read moreWorst customer service I've ever received in my 20 plus years of living in Bay county. I have been in the service industry 8 years. Worked as a server an bartender at some of the high volume well known restaurants in PCB. This place is cute an small I enjoy those spots usually. My party of 2 at a table. Then they had 1 other table being used with 3 people. We were not greeted by anyone. My waitress sat behind the bar for more than 10 min looking down then I asked nicely if I could get a water. Instantly shown complete disrespect an 0 customer service. I ordered a app I didn't like so just didn't eat an didn't care to order anything else I felt so uncomfortable. Never was checked on or told that she would have are check up at the counter. She didn't try to make anything right with me an basically just gave me a I don't care attitude. At this point I couldn't handle it an simple stated this is the worst customer service I've ever seen then she calls the cook out an her an the cook sit there an laugh at me an then mocked me after I said I worked in the industry an that customer always right. They laughed more an said no there not. I'm just blown away with the way they conduct business in a restaurant. 0 stars honestly u don't deserve even 1. I've never been treated so poorly ever in any restaurant. True...
Read moreA 20% tip was automatically added to the check, which was perfectly fine. However, I thought it was a bit interesting that when I received the credit card receipt it had another request for a tip, this time using the word "gratuity" instead of "tip" as if they are two separate line items. I felt that there was a bit of rogue intent built into to their billing procedures. So, I made it clear that the 20% tip was already added by them by circling the 20% tip line item. However, when I checked my credit card transaction a few hours later, I found that they had charged me another 20% tip. The food was about $101 before tax and they charged me more than $40 in 2 separate tips - one automatically, and another without my authorization. Like many people, I usually tip more than 20% anywhere I go, unless the tip is automatically added to my check. So, I could I have easily let it go, if I believed it was a honest mistake, but this one didn't feel good at all. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company (I didn't know that was a thing) and got the second (unauthorized) tip removed from the charge. Who knows? Maybe it was their very first time making this mistake, but be sure to check your bill, the receipt and the credit card transactions carefully when dining at...
