I delivered a few days ago and they messed up my order so they told me to call and they would remake it I called today to have it remade no one asked for a delivery address I waited for an hour and called to ask about my delivery they sent it to an old address so I waited 20 more mins and my order was wrong again. So I called and the manager tells me there’s nothing he can do about it even though they are the ones that messed up my order again. I simply asked for turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo I only got turkey and lettuce im not even a picky person usually when they mess up I eat it anyway but I even offered to tip the driver $10 and switch sandwiches for the right one and he just didn’t want to. I have a personal unwhich I've saved to their website as does my husband, and each are labeled with our names. Our names are never on the sandwiches despite this, so we have to rely on the writing on the paper to figure out which one belongs to the other. My husband gets avocado on his and I don't because I'm very allergic to them. So trusting the writing on the package, I started eating mine, and he, his and then I noticed mustard in mine (which I don't get). Well, our sandwhichs were switched, and he had already eaten over half of mine. Allergies are NOT something you take lightly. Read moreSome girls from my office decided to order from this particular Jimmy John’s. We spent over $60 for five sandwich meals and delivery. When we got our order, we were missing a bag of chips and all five sandwiches were so hard on the bottom it hurt to bite into them. I called and spoke to who I assume is the manager and I told him what was going on and he proceeded to tell me, with an attitude no less, that the bread was fresh and that he would bring us the bag of chips we were missing. When the lady showed up with the bag of chips, I had her feel how hard my sandwich was and asked her if she would eat it. She said she would not. The lady was nice and told me she would tell the manager when she got back and one of them would call us. A little while later the last named Amanda brought us some fresh sandwiches.
