I have a horrible experience with the the manager named Deneen today! I went in Burlington for about 2hrs shopping today. It was time for me to pick up my daughter from school. I helped the cashier to take the hangers off the clothes. I bought 4 pajamas sets, while ringing she accidentally rung up one of the pajama sets twice. I noticed when I went home. My total of everything was closed to $200. I called and referring them with the situation. Deneen, she doesn’t sound very professional and friendly to begin with. I came back to the store, I spoke to her, she doesn’t greet, says “hi” at all. I handed her the receipt, she let me hanging in there for 20 minutes without stated they have to recheck the camera. Therefore, I asked due the long wait without any explanation. Then she ran to the back about 10 minutes, returning saying that it was a mistake. No apology, and try smart mouth. I asked for the general manager, they said he wasn’t there. I don’t see how you guys hired Denee as a manager with untrained skills and bad unprofessional. Manners are so horrible. Read moreI have visited this place and received terrible service. I asked an employee in the hallway about the fitting room and without looking me in the eye she said it was closed. Since I was intrigued by the clothes I chose, I decided to pay without trying them on. The cashier was on her cell phone and didn't hear the question I asked her. Then I asked her why the fitting room was closed and she replied that it closes early. I don't understand how if the store closes at 11 the fitting room is already closed at 8. If my clothes don't fit me, I'll return them and it will be another day of terrible service at this place....
Read moreRecently this store has had a major improvement. 7 months ago it used to be so messy, severely unorganized and customer service was lacking.
Fast forward to today December 8th 2023: Much cleaner, neater and organized. Besides the fact that there are 12 registers and only 2 were open... Other than that, everything is displayed nicely and even has a good vibe to it now.
The atmosphere is so much better! More like the department stores used to feel like when you were a kid. Also the customer service is great... Courteous and positive. It really shows that they care. You are very much appreciated -...
