Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Amarillo

Concerned. I ordered two pizzas, the pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni , a pretzel crust cheese pizza and the Italian cheese bread. My smallest thing was the cheese pizza came as a stuffed crust pizza. I understand that most people would love to get that as a mistake in their order but I'm that person that only orders pizza for the crust. So the cheese pizza was for me and I couldn't eat it. Since I got the Italian cheese bread I figured that would be fine...I'll eat that but I noticed an off taste, i looked at the bottom of the cheese bread it was a dark gray color. Something told me to stop eating it. I put it under a light and peeled off that part of the crust and it was silver in color. Thats clearly not a natural occurring color in pizza. Im not talking about char or broiled cheese. This was inside and throughout the dough. It has a weird smell like earthy-ness and made me think of mold. I tried calling during business hours to ask and see what it could've been but no one answers and the message box is full. I feel anxious about it. I wouldn't have posted this if it wasn't for the smell,taste and not being able to talk about it with someone. Pictures posted do look more gray but it has a silver sheen or something, chemical type or...

This isn't the first time we have had issues with this gentleman at this location, we didn't get a name but here is a review that I hope gets to him. (Young, kind of long hair, glasses & a class ring on the right hand) Saturday night (6/12) at around 9:45 we pulled up to the drive thru, sat there for about 5 minutes until someone came to the window. When he did. The gentleman asked for our order. We told him the 1st thing we wanted & right away he cut us off, gave us our total & walked away. We got upset because we still had more to order..we asked him to do his job right, he gave us a nasty attitude back & asked "what do you mean" & was just not having but neither were we ,because like I said it isn't the first time. Not to mention, that is not a way to treat & talk to customers. Instead of going back & forth arguing with a KID we left but will not be going to that location again. We rather drive further than have another negative experience with that individual or any others. Please learn to be professional & have good...

I would not even give them 1 star but to post I have to rate....DO NOT EAT HERE, (1st visit) Customer service is horrible, I came in at 9:40pm and open sign was off when they dont close till 10:00pm, when I let the employee know the open sign was off she rudely told her co-worker and he flicked the switch back on with a attitude, with the drive line backed up and lobby was full of customers. (2nd visit) After almost waiting 30 mins, when I received my 2 pizzas I opened the box and a roach was crawling on my cheese pizza, when I talked to the manager on duty she said she hasn't seen any roaches just nits and explained how they have nits from the dough???? I will be calling corporate to let them know they distributing roaches along with their pizzas! I live very close to this location but will not return to any location. Customer service is horrible and establishment...
