Edit: Since the owner replied, I did go back to check the prices at all locations. I apologize for the error on my part. After we were not able to order from the Hillside locations website, which told us that we were out of the boundaries of their delivery services, we ordered from the Osage location. In doing that, we noticed that the prices were a dollar+ more for everything and assumed that Osage's location was more expensive. What obviously happened was that in the time period from when we had last been able to order from Hillside's website instead of calling them, and when they change the boundaries because of the new store, they had raised the prices on all of their locations. So, in turn, we assumed that the Osage location was more expensive. If we had taken the time to look at Hillside's menu online, which we would have no reason to do since we were no longer in their boundaries, we would have seen that they raised the prices on that menu as well. I always order the cauliflower pizza and it used to be $8.00 and some change. Now it is $9.99. That was for the build your own pizza option. Their fries were $4 and some change. Now they are $5.49. So I guess I should have said that their whole menu at ALL of their locations had their prices raised. As far as ordering from any of their locations, you cannot do so online. We have tried to order from the Hillside location online and it won't let us because it says we're out of their boundaries. We have to call Hillside and ask them to make a special order to our address, so the owners comment that we can order from any of their locations, while true, it just means that you have to actually call in. That's fine. What's not true is that you can order online to any of their locations and they will deliver. They did raise the prices on all of their locations. I didn't say that the food wasn't the same, I said that it was more expensive and it is. On a separate note, I read another customer's review about the burned crust on their gluten free, cauliflower crust. The owner replied to that customer that the crust always looks like that, was not burned, and that the customer was their first complaint about the crust. The owner is lying. Since finding out that I had celiac disease 5 years ago, I have ordered nothing but the cauliflower crust, gluten-free pizza. The pizzas that were delivered to me from the Hillside location never were that dark or burned. The ones that I have ordered from the Osage location have been mixed. I have had burned crust & I have had the normal darkened crust. I know the difference between burned & the crust that is darkened because it's thinner. I have probably eaten 50 of these cauliflower crust pizzas from La Bella's chains. I can attest to the fact that the picture that the other customer posted in their complaint is burnt. I have had burnt crust from the Osage location, and in my original review underneath it says that there were things wrong that weren't worth complaining about and getting our money back. That was one of them. I dislike greatly that the owner of LaBella's is shaming their customers. Down to 2 ⭐s for that.
Original Review: Since this location has opened, our home is now part of their delivery boundaries. We used to have the Hillside location delivered to us & we had no problems at all.
I gave this location only 3 stars because of their food, which is the same that is offered at the Hillside location, being more expensive than Hillside's. 34th and Osage have also messed up our food a few times and it wasn't worth calling them to make it right. We never had that issue with the other location.
Overall, their food is good. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza due to having Celiac Disease and it was just as delicious as Hillside's location.
I called Hillside last time we ordered and told them our issues with this new location. They were very sweet and offered to continue to deliver to our address as it is almost the same amount of miles away from our home as the 34th and Osage location. They are...
Read moreDriving back to DFW from the West coast and stopped in Amarillo for the night. I always try to eat more locally when I travel....try things I can't have at home. After an evening of swimming at our hotel, pizza always hits the spot. La Bella's didn't disappoint! I am a huge fan of the thinner crust homemade style pizzas. Ours had a ton of toppings, great taste, and perfectly cooked. Even though I ordered a pizza to appease more of my boy's tastebuds (sausage, pepperoni, and pineapple), the toppings were great quality! The sauce didn't over power but was a great base! I was shocked that it didn't cost a ton more to have it delivered! I was super impressed when our breadsticks (also super yummy) didn't have the marinara sauce and they sent the driver right back! 5 stars for the pizza and 5 stars for the...
Read moreLet me just say—this Chicken Alfredo was nothing short of heavenly. The sauce was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned with just the right hint of garlic and parmesan. Every bite melted in my mouth. The chicken was tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection, adding a smoky flavor that balanced beautifully with the creaminess of the Alfredo.
The pasta? Cooked al dente, just the way it should be—holding up well under the sauce without being too firm or too soft. I could taste the love and care that went into this dish. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience.
If I could give it more than five stars, I would. This dish has officially raised my standards for Chicken Alfredo. I’m already planning...
